This product came in two boxes, on two different days. I was impressed with how sturdy the metal frame is beneath (no wooden legs to crack when moving) and also the fabric and zippers were of good quality. I have a dog that lightly sheds and the hairs brush off with my hand. It looks like it will be easy to clean. I have a hunter green couch, and the dark brown looks really nice with it. FYI - The diagram of how to build the arm frame in the manual is not accurate. It shows both sides of the arm being identical, but actually one side of the arm rest has an arched side. You'll see there are two of each type. When I put the two identical sides together the bolts didn't fit. So, I knew I was doing something wrong, but the image was off. I also have not been able to get the heat to come on without also turning on one of the 4 massage/vibration modes on at the same time. I wish that was an option. I am 5'7" 180lbs. and my husband is 6'4" 250 lbs. and we both fit comfortably in the recliner.

I need you to pick this up imminently. I canceled this couch the minute that I saw that it had to be assembled! It is very cheap looking and feels cheap! Horrible color! Not gray it’s more of a blue jeans color. Very uncomfortable to get out of it and put in sitting position. The seat feels uncomfortable after sitting in it more than 10 minutes it’s like it has nails that prick you. The cheap plastic lever to recline literally cuts my finger when I pull on it. I have to use a rag around it to pull on it. It looks worn out and uncomfortable. Communication with seller is horrible they try to push you to keep it and don’t want to refund your money. I had to go through my credit card department and dispute it and still they are trying to charge my account after I have told them on several occasions to pick up this nightmare of a couch or I will leave it outside of my home.

I purchased this loveseat for my husband and I. I love that we can each recline separately. It has massage and heat on both sides. We can each control our own side. You cannot beat the price of this loveseat. It does have to be put together, but my 15-year-old son did it quickly. It was not hard at all. I have definitely gotten so much use out of this already! It is comfortable and the color is perfect for our living room.

It’s hard to build alone. The middle is not a recliner and massage is more of a vibration. It is comfy and reclines far back. The plug is a big block and cable is short. Might need an extension cord. Overall pretty good deal for money. Heat feature works.

Comfortable and easy to assemble. Comes in 2 boxes under 70lbs. Parts are not equally dispersed between boxes. Hardware in one armrest covers in the other. Make sure you latch arms in completely before adding back.

This couch took a LOT of time to assemble. It is amazing what they can fit in three boxes! Seat back padding was vacuum packed, and is on the thin side (not much padding), plus do not seem to be very sturdy. The recline function works well, and the wall hugging feature works as designed, although not as tight as other wall huggers we have. Sitting on the couch, the left side armrest is not very tightly attached, and sags away from the couch even without anything in the cup holder. I've taken it apart, hoping the factory tightened screws on one of more of the sections were loose, but they were not, the armrest just sags. It is apparent when looking at the couch from the front, with the one side hanging slightly down, vs the other side which is more vertical. Unfortunately we were in the need of a couch in a hurry, or I would have returned it. I guess that's what we get for purchasing a couch on line. Definitely wouldn't recommend this couch.
