The post office had broken the box of the chair, but everything was still in tact when it arrived. Package arrived a bit later than expected due to the box issue. Assembly was easy as the video was very helpful and the chair is made of cheap parts. The video says to use a drill but the wood will strip if you do. The chair is pretty big, too. And the last thing that I have to say is that the massage feature is just a vibration and it was not as hard on pressure as I wanted it to be. ... show more

    • Very poorly constructed.
This chair is very poorly designed. It is crooked and the pull out cup holders rub the so called leather off and when the chair is in reclining motion it jerks as if it is not aligned. I had taken it apart to find out if it was incorrectly put tog and no luck! It’s CHEAP!

    • Do not buý. Chair back is broke
I really enjoy my recner. It took a while to put together. But we did it. It took a week to come in that was good. It is comfortable. I expected it to be a little wider but thet is ok. I notices it is on sale for 50.00 less today. I also forgot to apply my 30.00 coupon. But that is ok.

I am a 75 yo woman with a bad back and knees and I put this chair together following the instructions,. No problem. The only thing was the back piece - had brackets that slide into brackets on the base unit and they did not line up. The base unit brackets were 19 inches apart and the back units brackets were 18 inches apart so they did not line up correctly. I had to do some creative engineering! A suggestion is to spray WD 40 on the swival parts and reclining parts on the base before assembling the chair. ... show more

    • Pretty nice for the price.
It took a bit to put together but it was pretty nice once it was assembled. We had to make some adjustments so that the footrest would go down easily. Overall happy with the purchase.
