Theres another review on here that perfectly describes it by R Jeremy Jenkins. For the price you pay you are NOT getting a good product. $80 to ship it to me and its going to cost me $80 or even more to return it. I gave it 1 extra star because it actually is ok to sit in if you don't use the reclining part of the chair. Stay away from this product. Your money is better spent else where. EDIT: Chair is officially broken. as of 11/2/2025 and had to be thrown out. Worst 400$ I have ever spent. THis thing should have AT LEAST lasted me 3-5 years. It lasted me a year (Purchased Oct 28, 2024)

Love the chair, I'm a big guy, and this has plenty of room, and is comfortable to sit and recline in, and is easy to fall asleep in. Did not think I would like the cell phone holder, and the mount that comes with the chair was pretty cheap, and cracked within a few weeks, but I was able to find sturdier mount for fairly cheap, and it is now one of my favorite features, even with having to buy a new plastic mount. The flexible bar more than makes up for the plastic mount being cheap.

I love this chair it’s big and roomy has soft fabric. It’s very comfortable and the blue color is so pretty. It’s build very sturdy and the price is worth it. I loved it so much I bought two of them. Very easy to assemble takes no time would highly recommend.

When the box arrived it was a little beaten up, but because of its' weight, containing both bottom and back parts, it's a bit heavy and uneasy to maneuver around. All in all it was fine. I was moving in a month so I didn't unpack it until the move. After putting it together it was very comfy, minus the Velcro I could still feel inside of the arm rests. After a week it seemed more difficult to recline fully. Then even harder to get back to regular position to close it. But I can deal with that. Then while just sitting, and sliding my butt back into the full recline, the right side arm rest just seperated and now dangles there. I barely touched the thing. Reading the reviews, some people had better experiences. Wish I was one of those. It's not a cheap chair. Sat in it a total of 15 times since putting it together. Boy do I feel dumb. Should've saved for a better one. *Update- The seller has contacted me and is willing to send me a replacement chair at no cost, so long as I find a way to get rid of the broken one. Very unexpected but very cool how they responded. Will update with new review when/if new chair arrives. **Update #2- the seller has been true to their word and the chair has arrived in normal half beaten box shape. Contents were just fine tho, and so far, the chair came together clean and does all the things it says it should. Thank you to the company for doing right with the first bad chair! Let's hope it has a long life! Or longer life.

The media could not be loaded. We ordered this recliner as it says it can handle weight up to 400 lbs. I weigh 385. I sat in the recliner three times. The third time the footrest would not latch. We called Amazon who directed us to the seller and guaranteed that we could return the product. In contacting the seller, they did not want us to return it and kept trying to get us to take 30% off the price of the recliner not including shipping as a refund. When we insisted on returning it, they then asked what I would want in a refund and to keep the recliner. I told them the recliner is broken and the frame was bent we wanted to return it. They then wanted pictures (the frame was bent and the foot latch not latching ) and in checking on shipping it could have cost us even more to ship it back unknown if they would give a refund or accept the shipment as they kept insisting we not send it back. Amazon was of no further help. Therefore, we just settled and said we would take half of the cost of the recliner, including the shipping cost, as a refund and we would keep this recliner. We are now storing it but it is completely nonfunctional as a recliner. We wired the footrest closed and it is a good soft recliner chair, but it doesn't recline. I would never buy from this seller again. In their final email response back to me confirming a refund of the half, at the end of the final email, the rep said "Have a nice life." That didn't sit well with me. The crappy handling of a broken recliner in less than a month, and the attitude of the seller, I would never have any business dealings with this company again. Good luck if you take a chance on this recliner. Attached is a video of the bent frame and the footrest latch that has nothing to latch on to. FYI I would give them zero stars or no stars if that was an option.

I just received my chair Friday. I needed a large chair to help me recover from spinal fusion surgery. It is very comfortable and allows me to move around to different positions when I need to. It was easy for my family to assemble. It looks nice too.

Chair is big, comfy, and easy to put together. The arms are just cushions velcroed to the chair. The biggest drawback is that although the chair is rated for big people, the chair itself is very light and if you push on one arm or the other to get up, it’s possible for the chair to roll over in the direction you’re pushing. If you’re going to lock the leg rest down when you get up, you have to kick the crap out of it to get it to lock. My chair is on a vinyl floor and l always have to pull it back to where it was originally because once again, the chair is very light. I kinda regret buying this chair and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
