Cons: Fabric is a bit thin, worried about it tearing while vacuuming. Wish the cushions were more full, or taller to cover more of the back. Also I’ve had quite a few feathers come out the cushions so I’m worried how that’ll hold up after a few years Pros: Amazing price. It’s very cozy, seats go deep. Comfortable and big enough for a guest to sleep on. Neutral and goes well with any furniture. Love that everything has zippers and can be washed. Color and Pattern hides stains and dirt. Good couch for pets too. I have 3 cats and their hair doesn’t stick to it. Overall it’s worth the price

This couch is amazing! I was reluctant to buy it. I let it sit in my cart for over a week but it had good reviews and i loved the look and flexibility of being able to arrange it how I want, so i finally purchased it. I am so glad I did! It came really fast, within 10 days and it was super easy to assemble. It’s kid safe, strong, and the covers are removable for easy cleaning. It’s big and comfy and I just really love it.

I wanted to return the couch but then I’d be out a lot of money in shipping to do so. I got the beige which is lighter in person compared to the listing pics and will probably get dirty quickly since some of the covers really aren’t meant to be removed- they are just held down by velcro strips which is a bit of a pain to work with. I couldn’t get the cover fully on the ottoman. It’s firm but not uncomfortable. Responsive customer service.

We love this couch! It was shipped sooner than stated in the tracking. We were expecting large boxes but they were flat ish, the modules expand once you unpack them. It was very easy to put together. One of the zippers on the ottoman were damaged, contacted the seller and they replaced within a day! We ordered the L shape with an extra ottoman to make a U shape. The couch is firm and comfortable!!! Got the pillow covers at https://a.co/d/0b78CJQB and the other stuff at Marshall’s! Great couch! Perfect size, makes the living room seem bigger!

This couch is a huge letdown, and I honestly can't recommend it to anyone. The design is deceiving because it looks much nicer in the pictures, but once you get it, it feels cheap and poorly made. The biggest issue is the cushion covers—they don't fit right at all. Either they’re too big and loose, which makes the couch look sloppy, or they’re too small and don't stay in place. Putting it together was a frustrating experience because of this, and I just couldn’t get it to look right. I really regret buying this couch and wish I’d gone with a better option.

The instructions were subpar. The couch came in for large boxes and you have to put the pieces together and dress the cushions. I did have some trouble with dressing the cushions, some parts did not reach the Velcro area all the way, which is an eyesore. Overall, the couch is very comfortable. Customer service is a bit confusing when I emailed them to ask if I could order additional cushion covers. My question is still not fully answered so not sure if you can order replacement cushion covers. I would’ve liked the option to get different color than the black one that I ordered.
