This chair came in two large boxes delivered together on the same day. I am a woman who is not very strong and was able to put it together by myself in about 1.5 to 2 hrs. There aren't many pieces and the directions are straightforward. Just be patient, and do not screw the screws 100% tight at first which is shown in the instructions. The instructions tell you to screw them 70% of the way first which I ignored so I had to go back and loosen some of the screws to get all of the pieces to align correctly. After all screws were in and pieces were aligned, I tightened them. The end result is a very sturdy, very large chair. The dimensions in the listing are accurate. The cushions fluffed up nicely and I shook the pillows to help make them even fluffier. The cushions are quite firm with a soft give and the fabric is smooth and soft to the touch. I also like the dual side pockets. I use it for my tablet. I also like that the ottoman has storage. I do wish that there was more velcro on the front of the ottoman to hold the cushion on. I may add my own velcro here later. The cushions on the back of the chair are surprisingly staying exactly in place even with the one strip of velcro. The cushions were a snug fit and haven't budged at all. I did lower the back of the chair to make it into a bed and that was comfortable as well but it isn't something I will do on a regular basis. I had to use a flashlight to help align the knobs with the holes in the zippers in the back of the chair to put the back of the chair back into the upright position which could be cumbersome to do on a daily basis. Overall, the chair is gorgeous, as pictured, and looks high quality. Most of all, it is super comfy and doesn't sink in. It doesn't crease, shift, or sink when I, a 130lb 5'4" woman sit and lay on it. Both me and my fiancé are able to sit on it together as well. The color is a good match to what is shown on Amazon. Mine appears a little more warm toned in my pictures since it's against a cooler pink toned wall. I am extremely happy with this purchase so far!

My comfy chair for my small space was delivered yesterday, and I built it by myself in 20 minutes. It is super comfy, soft and perfect for my space. The color has a little bit of blue hue to the black. It really is beautiful and a good quality chair for an affordable price! Great product.

This chair was easy to put together but we do have two issues. 1, Two of the cushions smell like mold. It has a very distinct mildew smell, which is very strange cuz the rest of the couch does not. Everything was individually packaged so I'm guessing these were mildewed prior to being put in plastic. 2, The back also is very hard to attach because the bolts sent are just barely long enough so in the instance of my chair, one of the holes in the left arm is either not drilled quite correctly or the back is a bit warped. Either way, the bolt barely grabs . I have reached out to the company to get longer bolts and to find if they can replace these pillows or if they are safe to wash them. I will update if I get a resolution. A couple other notes, this chair is VERY firm, with a right angle between the back and the seat. The seat itself feels like you are tilted slightly forward. Not too bad for the price if it wasn't for the bolts and the mildew smell. UPDATE: seller was great to communicate and work with, problem is completely resolved. Would buy from them again.

When I received the packages (two boxes on two days) the hardware was completely missing. Contacted seller and they replaced it immediately! Admittedly, when I opened the box I was like this is going to be a comfy couch!? Everything is vacuum sealed so I was definitely concerned. I assembled by myself in less than an hour. Instructions were very easy and went together well. It’s not as plush as I truly hoped but it is comfy and I love the color and customer service was top notch.

What a great purchase this was. I got the kind of mushroom color. It’s really beautiful. It adds to the warmth of the room. It’s a perfect size for two people. The ottoman is great storage. It’s well worth the price. I would buy it all over again and it was easy to put together.
