This chair came in two large boxes delivered together on the same day. I am a woman who is not very strong and was able to put it together by myself in about 1.5 to 2 hrs. There aren't many pieces and the directions are straightforward. Just be patient, and do not screw the screws 100% tight at first which is shown in the instructions. The instructions tell you to screw them 70% of the way first which I ignored so I had to go back and loosen some of the screws to get all of the pieces to align correctly. After all screws were in and pieces were aligned, I tightened them. The end result is a very sturdy, very large chair. The dimensions in the listing are accurate. The cushions fluffed up nicely and I shook the pillows to help make them even fluffier. The cushions are quite firm with a soft give and the fabric is smooth and soft to the touch. I also like the dual side pockets. I use it for my tablet. I also like that the ottoman has storage. I do wish that there was more velcro on the front of the ottoman to hold the cushion on. I may add my own velcro here later. The cushions on the back of the chair are surprisingly staying exactly in place even with the one strip of velcro. The cushions were a snug fit and haven't budged at all. I did lower the back of the chair to make it into a bed and that was comfortable as well but it isn't something I will do on a regular basis. I had to use a flashlight to help align the knobs with the holes in the zippers in the back of the chair to put the back of the chair back into the upright position which could be cumbersome to do on a daily basis. Overall, the chair is gorgeous, as pictured, and looks high quality. Most of all, it is super comfy and doesn't sink in. It doesn't crease, shift, or sink when I, a 130lb 5'4" woman sit and lay on it. Both me and my fiancé are able to sit on it together as well. The color is a good match to what is shown on Amazon. Mine appears a little more warm toned in my pictures since it's against a cooler pink toned wall. I am extremely happy with this purchase so far!

I "studied" reviews about this chair and others in my comparison and selection process. I generally don't buy furniture off of Amazon, but I thought I would take a chance. First, the chair and ottoman arrived nearly a week early according to the shipping dates. While one box came one day, the second box came the next day. The boxes were large and cumbersome but manageable. The product was well organized and packed. The instructions were pretty good, but had a couple things that, being a girl, needed a bit more studying. While some other buyers said that it took them about 20 minutes to put together, it took me a little longer with a bit of patience. I could have used an extra pair of hands a couple times. Both chair and ottoman are very spacious and comfortable. But for now I have removed the cushions, unzipped them a little bit, and have them standing on their side so they'll fluff a little more (I'm hoping). I am very pleased with the color and the texture of the fabric. And there is even an extra leg that goes under the base of the chair to give it more stability. No kidding, I still will need a couple extra pillows to give my back support while I'm reading in this chair. But I am so very happy!

I bought the blue because in the picture it looked more green blue and that was what I wanted for our office/ guest room but it really is just blue and luckily still worked in our room. I was able to put it together easily. It seems well made, we haven't had it long and have not used it for sleeping company yet, so we'll see. I like the side pockets and the storage in the ottoman. It sits comfortably, although i find i need to use a lumbar pillow and the fabric is soft.

My comfy chair for my small space was delivered yesterday, and I built it by myself in 20 minutes. It is super comfy, soft and perfect for my space. The color has a little bit of blue hue to the black. It really is beautiful and a good quality chair for an affordable price! Great product.

This was everything I wanted. I did soooo much research on a good, comfy, oversized chair that had a high enough back that I could sit up or lounge. I can easily fall asleep on this and it looks great. Easy to build. Also, it's not boneless - it has actual structure and isn't just foam.

The chair looks beautiful in my space, but it’s incredible uncomfortable to sit on for long periods of time. This is not the comfy reading chair I was hoping for. Assembly was fine, but it was challenging to screw in the last few screws. I believe it will last a long time because of how firm the chair is. The material is soft and the size is great, but I can’t recommend it because of how firm it is. I wish more people had mentioned how firm and uncomfortable this chair was before I purchased it because it will be a pain to try and return it.

This has bones, but the cushions are all vacuum sealed. BUT!! I give it 5 stars and the moon because it fluffed up so fast! And the cushions are very very sturdy, not flat or mushy. This is such an amazing buy. The size fits my fiancee and I together comfortable, not smushed. I will love this chair forever!! So worth it!
