Here's a simple Pro's/Con's List: Pro's: (1.) This Halloween Pumpkin Monster Costume is made of a Durable Lightweight Nylon Material and it uses 4 commonly found AA Batteries to Power Up the internal Blower Fan that inflates the costume. (2.) When I tried this Halloween Pumpkin Monster Costume on its Easy to Slip into and Inflate with its strong internal blower fan and its Air tight elastic banded Sleeves and Pant Legs, and the elastic bands themselves are very effective at keeping most of the Air completely inside of the Costume to keep it fully inflated at all times. Once this Halloween Monster Costume is Fully Blown Up and inflated it looks and feels great while wearing it, and its because it doesn't get that warm inside of the Costume due to the fact that with the Arms and Legs being tightly gripped by the elastic bands, it causes most of the Air to channel Up and Out of the Neck Hole to help keep you cool while wearing the costume. (3.) My Wife and I took turns trying it on, and she's 5' 4" and I'm 6' 0" and the Costume fit both of us great, so it will accommodate people of different heights and sizes. Con's: So Far No Con's found. In Conclusion: I Personally can recommend this Halloween Pumpkin Monster Costume, and its because it looks and fits great, and its current price point it's also a good for the money, I easily rate this 5 out of 5 Stars. We are so excited to try this inflatable pumpkin monster costume out on Halloween! The whole design is hilarious, especially the illusion that a giant pumpkin creature is carrying you away. 😂 It’s definitely one of those costumes that’s going to get attention while trick-or-treating and should make for some really funny pictures. I like that it’s a one-piece design that can be worn over regular clothes, which is especially convenient if Halloween night ends up being a little chilly. The included fan is also a nice touch and seems simple enough to get the costume inflated without much hassle—just remember you’ll need 4 AA batteries. The elastic around the openings should help keep it inflated while still allowing enough movement for walking around. 🎃 The material feels appropriate for an inflatable costume, and everything seems put together well for its intended use. Obviously, durability will be easier to judge after it survives a full night of Halloween chaos, but so far we’re really happy with it. For something this funny and different from the typical Halloween costumes, I think the value for money is great. Really simple to put on and inflate, just add batteries before starting then go feet first, and be sure you’re putting your arms in the right arm holes. As another reviewer mentioned, it’s a bonus that you get your hands free. I was able to fully zip up the back while wearing it without issue. I’m flexible but think anyone with basic arm use should be able to do it. At 5’8 the pumpkin head nears 7’, adding over a foot, so be prepared to duck under ceiling fans and doorways. The battery is easily felt through the plastic when worn so i was able to turn the fan on/off by knowing where it was and feel. It took a few minutes to inflate but never fully inflated! as you can see the orange fingers are still limp, but the body and head were fine. Some air would occasionally leak out of the neck so i might add a scarf or turtleneck -just any kind of cloth- if i wore it again to the seal that gap. It does add expected girth so be careful of your surroundings. I didn’t have an issue with being too warm or cold. The fan noise is low and i never felt like i had to talk over it. The wire connecting the battery to the fan is awkwardly placed to go across your chest with no real thought in setup and you’re expected to just deal with it. Depending on your size it could be an issue the more this inflates and the tighter the cord gets. It’s a basic usb cord so any extension or longer version should solve that. I haven’t tried other costumes with fans but this is about what i expected. My only real criticism is how much it inflated — felt more like 85% instead of a solid 100. That also keeps it from being easily poked or bumping into people as it would just depress on contact, so maybe it’s intentional. ... show more

First i am tall and so i expect a costume to be tight but this one barely works on someone 5'10 and on my 6'5 frame it was comically short in the legs and arms. The fan is run by either an included 4 AA battery pack or any USB charging power bank i tried both and the fan is the same speed regardless of power method. When i put on the legs they reached my calf and the arms to roughly my elbows. also the fan took a while to inflate and i even tried adding a 2nd fan to help to get it fully inflated. It doesnt really feel like a monster but thats a matter of opinion. The value is pretty good IF you are a smaller person and can make this work i would say 5'10 or less. The quality is what you would expect from inflatable costumes and this one feels well made besides its size. It came quickly tightly packed and with the necessary adds so it is a complete costume just not suitable for some larger heigh wise individuals. ... show more

The inflated design is ridiculous in the best way. Once the fan fills it out, the pumpkin monster looks huge, and the fake dangling legs make the whole thing look like you’re being carried around. It gets attention immediately without needing any extra props. The built-in fan inflates it quickly and keeps the costume filled out well while walking around. There is enough room inside to move comfortably, and the material is light enough that it does not feel like wearing a heavy traditional costume for an entire party. Getting in and out is pretty simple, and the elastic openings help keep the air from escaping. The fan is noticeable if the room is quiet, but once you’re at a Halloween party or outside it fades into the background. Visibility is better than I expected for something this large. It is goofy, easy to wear, and makes for some hilarious pictures. I absolutely love this costume! It looks like I’m being carried away by a huge pumpkin man, which makes it so much more fun and unique than a typical inflatable costume. It’s perfect for Halloween, but I could also see this being a huge hit at festivals or other fall events. The battery pack is easy to use and gets the costume up and running without much hassle. Easy to get in and out of. The fan blower helps to bring in fresh cooler air, but it still gets pretty warm. I was sweaty around my wrists after a few minutes. The fan is not loud, but certainly audible, especially in a low noise environment. Biggest letdown for me is the pumpkin monster hands. the fan isn't strong enough to inflate them properly and they end up looking mangled. It would be better if they were glued down to the carried guys waist instead of pointing forwards. No pockets means if you're going out wearing this, someone else will be carrying your particulars and going to the toilet will be a full nude endeavor! ... show more
