After switching to this professional office chair, all my discomfort vanished. This is the most feature-packed chair I’ve ever used. With its spacious size, adjustable headrest, lumbar support, multi-directional armrests, and exquisite embroidery, I feel every penny was well spent. The seat cushion is very thick and comfortable; I can now sit in it all day without any discomfort. I use it for both work and gaming. It’s worth noting that this chair doesn’t recline, but since I don’t need that feature, it doesn’t bother me.

WOW! This chair is INCREDIBLE!!!When I assembled it and sat in it, I felt like I was sitting on a throne. I'm 6'3 280 lbs and I felt somewhat small in this. It is very oversized but comfortable. Shipping was fast and was delivered earlier than expected. They packaged everything carefully. The box it came in is definitely heavy (2 person preferred to carry and transport it). Assembly instructions were very clear and easy to follow (completed within an hour). Material seems like its quality but I'm pretty sure it's faux leather. I can't tell if it's durable yet because I just assembled this but I hope that it last long. I do like the arm rest moving up and down to allow more free ROM. This chair reminds me of sitting in a luxury car. It has a premium feel to it and was a big upgrade from a chair that I previously had. This chair is well worth the money.

This office chair was easy to assemble. With my power screwdriver, it took me about 20 minutes to put it together; if using the included tools, it probably would have taken 40 minutes. The chair has no odor, and boasts a elegant, unique design that I fell in love with the moment I first saw it. The chair looks larger in person than it does in the photos, making it absolutely perfect for larger or taller individuals. It’s very comfortable to sit in—likely thanks to the thick cushioning and contoured lumbar support—and the armrests are also well-padded. It’s truly a chair where you can see the quality of the materials used.

Beautiful chair, very comfortable. Only flaw is a manufacturer flaw of a screw under the fabric rubbing through when I received it on the back of the chair. Other than that it’s beautiful.

This is the largest and most comfortable office chair I’ve ever used—it truly lives up to its reputation as “big and tall”; most people with a large, sturdy build can sit in it with ease without feeling cramped. If you feel the backrest isn't quite tall enough, you can simply raise the headrest to extend the support. At first, I couldn't figure out how to adjust the headrest,, but after checking the product’s written instructions and video guide, I finally got the hang of it—it’s actually quite simple. By the way, the inclusion of a complete assembly video was a major plus for me. I don’t know how some sellers expect users to assemble a chair successfully based on just a few diagrams—I certainly don’t have much confidence in my own DIY skills, so I chose this chair specifically because it had a detailed “assembly tutorial” on the Amazon page. The materials used are high-quality, giving the chair a very sturdy and durable feel. Its unique aesthetic design also helps it stand out from the crowd of standard black leather office chairs. As for the sitting experience—it goes without saying—I personally find it incredibly comfortable and am thoroughly satisfied; it offers excellent value for money!

So far this is the best office chair I have purchased in several years. I replaced a chair that I had less than a year with this and am VERY pleased with it thus far. I am an older, 60+, big guy 350lb 6'1" and am a data analyst that works on the computer all day so I need something durable and comfortable. I have yet to have a day that I was not comfortable and there are days I will seldom get up from the chair. Assembly was easy enough, everything seems of good quality materials, the wheels are of a design I have not seen and did have some hesitation but after researching found that the design is just a strong as standard type or even roller blade style. The arm adjustments allow for many different positions and heights, the reclining feature is just right for me as far as angle and is very comfortable. Time will tell if this holds up as well as the $500 + chair I had for many years from Office Depot but I do have confidence that it will.
