I had the same bed for twenty years and after going mattress shopping a few times I got frustrated with prices and with sales people trying to change my size choice of a calking to a king and just ordered this. I did not have the expectations this would be equal to a thousand dollar mattress from the store but From my mattress shopping I wanted something that was soft but not so soft you slide off the sides or significantly sink into the center. This fluffed up for three days and then started sleeping on it and then the recent back pain I’d been having has disappeared (do not let yourself think sleeping on an older mattress doesnt have consequences). We’ll see about its longevity but I bought it on coupon as medium plush 14 inch cal king for under three hundred bucks. Even if it only lasts a couple years this is the best decision I have recently made. ... show more

It's not medium firm, more like medium soft, there's absolutely no edge support, you'll slide right off the bed because it sinks in that much and overall, it's just an ok bed. I don't see anyone using this for years, it's just not built that sturdy. For the price point I guess you can't complain too much but when it's advertised the way it is complaining is necessary. Also this mattress wouldn't be very good for a heavier sleeper it's too soft. I'm not completely annoyed with it but I expected more. ... show more

Really good mattress for the price. Me and my husband are sleeping good . Too good probably lol. It says that it takes 72 hrs but we didn’t have the extra time we slept on it about 7 hrs after opening and it was comfortable as hell. We got the king size and that mf was heavy .
