I've been a loyal fan of Solo Stove since its early days, and I must admit that while I've enjoyed the mini camping stove, the larger models always seemed a bit out of reach price-wise. However, this fire pit has caught my attention, and I'm excited to share my thoughts. What immediately struck me about this fire pit is its resemblance to the Solo Stove Bonfire model, but with a significant cost-saving of 40%. It's hard not to appreciate such a great deal. Plus, it boasts the newer features found in the 2.0 version, which is nothing short of spectacular. Although I haven't had the chance to try it out yet, the similarities between this fire pit and the Solo Stove models have me wondering if you can enjoy some of Solo Stove's accessories with it. Accessories like the new Solo Surround or the heat deflector might just work seamlessly with this fire pit, offering even more possibilities for enhancing your outdoor experience. In summary, this fire pit presents an exciting alternative to the higher-priced Solo Stove models, offering the same quality and performance while incorporating the latest innovations. I couldn't be happier with the fire pit thus far. We removed some trees over the winter and had a lot of left over woods to burn from the trunks and branches and started think about getting a fire pit for our back yard. It is hard to justify spending hundreds of dollars on a fire pit from the better brands. So we are really happen with this at about half of the price, but equally if not even more expressive performance. The fire pit came already assembled together, but it is super easy to put the different parts together anyway. The ash pan sits at the bottom with a base plate just above it. The flame ring center the flame on top. The design looks very simple and elegant. However, the way it sets apart from many simialr product is that there is basically no circulation vent hole or cut-outs you can see from the outside. All the other similar products has a ring of holes or some shapes of cut-outs at the bottom of the pit, usually directly facing outside. This one, however, has all the ventilation holes concealed, just above the base, facing down. This way, you do not actually see the holes at all from outside. Instead, you only see a thorough stainless steel cylindrical body, just making it more attractive. The design wouldn't be brilliant if it does not deliver similar level of ventilation and smoke suppresion when burning. As far as we can tell, after used it for three times, we experience close to non smoke, just like other similar products, so the bottom ventilation holes work just as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this fire pit if you are in the market for one. Great design, quality built and even the storage bag is quite strong and rugged. all at a relatively budget price.

I have always wanted to try one of these out, especially since I have always been skeptical about smokeless fire pits. I eyed the solo stoves for a while, but at $500 for something comparable in size, I could never push myself to buy one. Honestly, I am glad I didn't because this fire pit seems to be equally as good. The carrying case also doubles as a cover, which is great. It gets HOT and it does so QUICK! I filled this halfway and got my fire to a full burn within 5 minutes - which is very fast compared to a traditional pit. Now, this is NOT a 100% smokeless firepit. But it will SIGNIFICANTLY reduce the amount of smoke from your burn. The small amount of smoke that it does give off is really not a problem. The ONLY 2 downsides to this is that it will discolor quickly with the heat and you will burn through wood much quicker. These 2 things are to be expected with any of these types of steel fire pits, so these are not defects - just things to be aware of before you buy!

Wow...a couple much pricier versions out there. As far as I can tell, this one does everything those do just as well for a good bit less money. I have used this twice now and it has worked just as advertised. It is easy to use, I love the bag for easy transportation. Overall, this one is a winner.

I was a longtime die hard regular fire pit person. I would never in a million years "need a fancy fire pit" well once you go smokeless, you never go back. Keep telling yourself well if people knew how to make a fire correctly it will burn smokeless, not every load of wood is created equal. So having the added bonus of the air chamber to really increase the burn efficiency will keep all the smoke to a minimum from start to finish. We used compressed wood fire starter and this was a breeze. Comes with a carry case. Well worth the money, the design is on point and will operate just like the big boys.
