Works well, the light that it comes with helps in the dark but the only problem is they are around 4 inches tall and if you have more then one the spacing may be a bit challenging. However still works well just be prepared for there larger size.

VERY easy to install, works like a charm. Zero setup--hook the wires up, and it works. Fixed the old one that no longer worked--it was over ten years old. It's partner for the other garage door still works fine, but ten years seems a not unreasonable lifespan for this item. The local garage door company wanted $100 for a service call plus the the cost of the item to do this trivial install, so this saved a bundle. ... show more
