I typically wear a 9 1/2 - 10, so I ordered this shoe in a10. It was so large I felt like a kid trying out my mom’s shoes! I gave them to my daughter who typically wears an 11 and they fit her perfectly! They’re a very nice looking and comfortable shoe that look good with everything from jeans to dressy dresses. Very comfortable and versatile shoe for a very reasonable price. But order a size down if you wish to keep them for yourself!

The Charlotte shoe is the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. Now that they have them in silver in addition to black, these shoes fill my needs for both everyday and dress shoes that I can dance in for hours without any sore contact spots. The straps stretch and the sole is soft and rebounds to prevent sore legs. I love the Charlotte shoes !

Ordered two sizes. One came in original box perfect condition. One came not in original box and obviously worn, as they were dirty and the soles were damaged. Sadly the damaged pair is the size I needed for a wedding the next day. So frustrating. Last pic is the perfect pair.
