Once put together, it’s sturdy and functional. I am 5’6 and can lay on the couch and still have a couple feet of room at the end. The cushions are NOT thick, but they are semi comfy on first sit. I think it’ll definitely soften over time. The back support is thin and basically just pillows, but they do the job and look great. Most of the cushions covers come off so it’s easy to clean if something happens. One of the cushion covers came with a broken zipper. I messaged the seller and they were in contact within 24 hours to send me replacement cushion covers for the couple that had issues. They arrived within 2 weeks and there was very consistent communication from the seller throughout. ... show more

Definitely a great value for how cheap the couch is. Its not comfy but its also not uncomfy, hopefully it gets softer with time. its very firm but not horrible. Its very cute and super soft and a really good size. I did tons of research on couches and i specifically wanted a green velvet one but didnt wanna spend 2k on one, so this is perfect! I subtracted a star because one of the seams on one of my back supports is torn. But its barely noticeable. I would recommend it if you want a velvet couch and dont wanna spend a ton! If you have the money, id probably recommend something else ... show more

This is a great couch, perfect size as well, the zippers were flimsy but nothing that couldn’t be fixed, it took about an hour and a half for four people. Definitely worth the price, and it feels pretty sturdy. It feels firm as well. Over all a great purchase and it looks great too.

The media could not be loaded. I just moved and wanted something different. I was very skeptical about ordering a couch from Amazon but I took a chance and I’m glad I did. I love the color and the couch is super comfortable. It was delivered about a week ahead of time which was perfect. I will say originally I only got 2 of the 3 boxes so I reached out to the seller who responded within a few hours with the tracking info for the last package and it came 2 days later which was still earlier then expected. The pieces were labeled very clearly and it was super easy to assemble, it took me about 2-3 hours. The picture and price seemed too good to be true, but this was a gift to a relative who really liked it, so I ordered it. The sofa is quite the piece. The color is even better than advertised. And you can change the setup to make it present entirely differently (see accompanying photographs). And it is sturdy. There was a little snafu in delivery, which had nothing to do with the company or product. Once I contacted customer service, they promptly remedied the situation. Note: the first picture is color-accurate, it's a bit washed out in the second picture. SHIPPING The couch arrives in 4 large boxes but I had no trouble moving them myself. The seller was very responsive when 3 boxes arrived one day and the final on another. The couch also arrived earlier than the original shipping estimate which was a pleasant surprise. ASSEMBLY It was easy to assemble and the directions are very straightforward. I was able to assemble it solo in about an hour including cleaning up all of the packaging. COMFORT & QUALITY The cushions are on the firmer side, but still very comfortable to sit and lay on. The armrests are lower than my previous couch, so if you're use to leaning on them while sitting upright like I was you won't be able to with this couch. Cushion covers have a good zipper, and the backing cover velcros on securely. The seat cushions also have a strip of velcro to keep them in place. The backrest cushions don't have velcro but seem relatively secure squished in their row. VALUE Great value for the price in my opinion, though definitely take into consideration the extra shipping charge. I'm happy with it for the size and also the more daring color options than are typically available at chain furniture stores. ... show more
