This is a great bike, easy to use. Got this bike for my teenage son for his birthday. When it came in, package was good. It was half assembled which was great. Easy to assemble the front part. Our motor ended up being defective, reached out to the company. They responded right away. The company was able to send me a replacement motor. Installed the new motor and the bike works perfect. The media could not be loaded. After six months of communication and over 15 hours of effort, we still have a non-functional, defective bike. Support is asking us to find a repair shop to attempt a fix. This is very disappointing, and we're unsure about investing another $1,000 on Amazon. The Amazon team has not provided any assistance in resolving this issue. Highly frustrating. --- unfortunately stop working after 2 months I had dual battery model Battery is charged for 8 hours Bike runs for 20 - 30 feet and then display turns off and motor stop working we were trying to figure out how to contact vendor from last 15 days, but the instructions are not valid hope there is a way to fix $1000 investment. After trying to reach support I gave up as we don’t have a nearby place to take it to bike repair shop and this can’t be loaded in car and very hard to ride manually. ... show more

This e bike is hands down the best all around E-bike i have owned . I like it so much i ride it everyday and use it for commuting around town .i barley drive a 4 wheeled vehicle anymore because this bike is PURE FUN!! 2 batteries for amazing range even in pure electric mode at max 31 mph !!! . hydraulic brakes for quiet and amazing stopping power . Very fast E-bike , you can go max speed 31 mph on pure electric mode for LONG periods of time . beautiful looking bike i get complements on it all the time . and one of the best and most supportive customer service you can ask for . If i could give 10 stars i would . if you are stuck between the standard and the max , get this{max} version of the bike its a amazing bang for your buck . you can almost call it a electric motorcycle !!!! ... show more

I've been riding this bike for my daily commute and for fun with friends. We take it off-roading and race each other at tracks. This bike is almost always ahead of everyone as it can take a beating as long as you keep up with basic maintenance. The top speed when on a flat surface on average is 32 mph but when the bike came it was set in kph. To change this you hold the + and - gear and press the power button 3 times. (might be different on a different bike) However, one time I was riding back from somewhere and a car had cut me off. Being more of a reflex than a proper reaction, I had squeezed only the front brakes and this ended up ruining the bike. The damage would be the following: Front suspension bent, front brake disc bent, front fender bent, front brake system (caliper and pads) greatly damaged. Luckily I had a friend with me to help me lug it back to my house but I only had the weekend to try and fix it before I was left bikeless and with the expensive bus fares these days, it just had to be done. With the assistance of another family member, we managed to bend the suspension back into place but the front brake system along with the fender was hopeless. I messaged customer service on October 4th and due to the time difference, it took until the 25th to get my replacement parts. The bike would ride just fine without the front brakes but of course, I would be much more mindful of my riding now. The customer service was excellent as they were super friendly and helpful with the situation. All the replacement parts came and were installed and worked well. Also a really nice feature I did not know it had was an alarm system. :) ... show more

This is a great bike! It looks fantastic and have gotten a lot of compliments. The bike has very long range with the two battery system. Also it has very good power we were on trails that had steep inclines and the bike had no problem climbing. I love this electric bike, it is quite fast and has very good autonomy reaches 50km / h or 25 miles It is very comfortable and if it is true that it is for all types of terrain, I occupy it to do uber eats and it gives me about 8 hours of super super durable battery
