Overall, the set is nice. However, the assembly instructions for our set were incomplete. So, we found a video on YouTube that helped. It took us 2.5 hours to assemble. We are disappointed that after 1 summer season, our cushion covers faded tremendously and the cushions are flat. Our set is under a covered patio and we purchased a patio furniture cover and the cushions still faded. It took us a while to find some replacement cushions and they are not perfect but do the job much better that the cushions and covers that came with the set. ... show more

Ordered this set with the blue and white cushions because my house is blue and white and I figured it would work together. Love the look of this set but it has it's draw backs. First- the instructions were not easy to follow. 3 boxes were delivered, only 2 showed at the same time then the last one was a day or 2 later. only one box had stickered labeled parts (A1,A2 etc) the rest was a guessing game. once it was all assembled (and some choice words were said during the process) I was pleased with the results. Then I sat down and the back cushion hits awkwardly on your back and wants to slide down if you rest your back against it. You will constantly be pulling that back cushion up. It'll work for now but I can see replacing the back cushions in the near future. It is a pretty set and I do like the looks of it. It sits comfortably just don't let your back rest on it.... ... show more

Absolute junk. The backs are incredibly low. There is no sitting back on this sofa. The cushions are no more than 3 inches thick and slide all over. There are things to try to keep them in place but they come undone easily. Less than 2 days and some of the wicker has already broken. This is a great deal that won’t break the bank for patio furniture. Sturdy and comes with accent pillows, fairly simple to assemble, however this is lower depth than I expected.

Outsunny 7 piece patio set, delivered on time in 3 boxes. Thankfully, the feet were already installed on the bottom of the separate pieces bypassing a step. That said, only 3 items were actually labeled (C2) no others were. The instruction images were a dark grey scale so identifying the individual items posed a difficult but not impossible task. Also, all the washers and screws were the same size eliminating that head scratcher. Though the parts (screws and washers) came with L wrenches, I suggest using a cordless drill with proper size L fitting. Set your torque selection on the lowest or second lowest setting. This will definitely help speed up assembly without risking over-torquing the embedded nuts in the frame work of the furniture. Hand set the screws and washers on joining pieces first, then torque them down. After all the swearing, sweating and ultimately the ah ha's!, the job will be complete. The furniture seems structurally sound and durable. The seat backs are low and the cushions are a bit thin but overall a nice set. NOTE: Outsunny, label your pieces and improve your instructions, otherwise I recommend this product ... show more
