We love this canopy bar! On Wednesday we received the 2 chairs in a box that was printed 2 of 2 but during the initial purchase we had received one tracking number. We contacted Fedex & the manufacturer. Fedex created a claim and the manufacturer promptly wrote back that they found the 2nd tracking number and the bar with canopy package was on a Fedex truck and was being delivered. The bar & canopy box arrived 2 days later on Friday evening. Other than the delivery confusion, we are very satisfied with the quality and cost of the product. Perfect size for my deck it was replacing almost identical bar from past. I don’t care for the chairs past set had high back chairs with arm rests. Not too bad to put together, quality 4 out of 5

    • So happy I called the company
I originally left a negative review. For that, I apologize. The chairs arrived with the FedEx tracking number assigned to my order, but not the bar. After calling the company it was explained that Amazon only allows one tracking number to be entered. The bar portion was en route and I had it before the end of the day. It landed on a different truck. Customer service was fantastic with me and above all, the item is GREAT. Super cute patio bar set and I'm already the envy of my neighbors. Love it. ... show more
