Piece of junk! Even IKEA products are better laid out. ALL the bolts are dumped into one bag and the pictures are the same size boots in all of them though there are 4 varying bolts. The alpha stickers weren’t on over half the parts, a complete guessing game and cluster. In tears just when you think you’re good- nope! Save yourself the trouble!! It’s 100a% not worth it.

I'm impress with this product it was delivered on time and all parts were in the boxes. My son did the assembly with little issue although it took him most of the day to assemble. I would recommend two or more people assemble the tent to save time. We love the gazebo and are enjoy it. I have no pictures to post it looks the same as the picture of others that I have seen. I am pleased with this product.

We bought the 11x13 gazebo. This was a very tedious assembly & took us 2 days to get it put together. It took 3 of us to complete the task. The bottom is NOT well weighted!! I would suggest a couple sand bags on each corner. We did not fasten this to our patio pavers, as they are secure enough to use as a base. In the 2 months we have owned this gazebo, we have not had a strong windstorm, so it is a worry. However, once assembled, this is a BEAUTIFUL gazebo! It is lovely & spacious! We live in a rather swampy area in MN, where the mosquito is almost the state bird! Sitting in this gazebo has eliminated the need for mosquito spray. We leave the curtain drawn on the side by our neighbors for privacy. We have room for 5 nice sized lawn chairs & 4 small end tables very comfortably. We have our morning coffee there, we eat there & we entertain there. It is my happy place!

It is a very pretty gazebo. Has MANY craftsmanship problems. I highly recommend if you do buy this that you paint ALL parts with rustolium outdoor paint BEFORE assembly. Took 3 of us 2 hours to put together. No written instructions, just pictures. Package could benefit by separating screws and numbering the package with corresponding numbers on the illustration. After 1 month ALL of the Sautered joints on the supports were rusting. After 2 months the drain grommets are rusting and all the sauntered joints up inside the canopy are now rusting. I bought a wire brush and rustolium paint to remove the rust and paint it all in hopes to make it last longer. If this isn't done it will for sure be falling down after 1 year. Too much time and money to only get 1 year out of it. I complained to the company and they did refund $135 dollars to cover my paint purchase and some time. Would rather they just put out a better quality product.

It’s not 11x13 as the images show. More like 12x7. Very annoyed as I bought it to fit an 11x13 space and I specifically bought it because of the specific measurements on the image.

I only had the tent/gazebo up for about 3 weeks. After a heavy storm it ended up on top of the roof of my shed. We thought that the stakes were enough to hold it but it wasn't so we can count that as user error. It took 2-3 of us several hours to put up and the instructions were unclear. There were only pictures. We had to guess along the way of how to construct the gazebo. The screws were not labeled and were too long. This was not a very well thought out assembly. I was offered a partial refund to keep the tent but I will do better research.

The Outsuny gazebo looks great!!! The 1 suggestion that I'd like to offer would be to label, separate, and/or make instruction diagram of screws TRUE TO SIZE... It would make it easier if you identified the screws in separate bags to help the construction run smoother. We ended up with the wrong screws in some areas that required disassembling & making corrections. Took longer that it normally should have. DESIGN - 5 Stars INSTRUCTIONS- 4 Stars PARTS/LABELING - 3 Stars Question, the 8 vents holes on the top (2 on each side) allow for a bug infestation & water to come through on my nice furniture. What is your suggestion for plugging holes? Or were the holes meant for another reason? Thank you!!!
