Shipping was fast, it came in a day early. Set up was a breeze! I put it together by myself in about 30 minutes. Big suvs and trucks are a tight fit but still fit nonetheless. Great investment.

Pretty easy to put together solo. Instead of the supplied canvas top, since we're coming into summer I put a 50% shade tarp on it, but I'll switch to the supplied tarp next fall. I combined this item with 4 of the 8-panel 30" tall dog playpen kits also from Amazon, because those assembled into exactly a 10x20ft area. The result is a really nice puppy play-pen that is covered so I don't have to sweat about the local abundant hawk population snatching my 10 week old puppies, who absolutely would look like tasty rabbits from above. I also threw some hawk netting over it to cover the space between the kennel and roof.

Needed a little extra protection for my car from bird droppings and sun. This seemed like the perfect solution and for a decent price. Assembly was fairly simple one I identified all the parts. Build quality is decent. The polls definitely could be heavier duty and are somewhat easy to dent if you try, but when the whole thing is assembled it feels fairly sturdy. I was pleasantly surprised that during a surprise wind storm (40-60mph winds) it did not take flight and didn’t break! With that being said, I have it tied down well and have cinder blocks on some of the legs, so that’s important. Overall it does a very good job for the price and for being available with 2 day shipping. Is it the absolute sturdiest and heavy duty carport out there. Absolutely not, but you get what you pay for and that’s not a bad thing in this case.

This carport is good. Not great. I selected this one over many of the others that say ‘heavy duty’ because of the turnbuckles. I figured they provide additional strength to the design. So far it’s been up for nearly 2 months covering my boat. It’s in a fairly protected area - trees on 2 sides and 2 story house on a third. Here are my initial thoughts: -Tarp is terrible quality. It’s cheap and thin and I expect it to rip any day. The number of grommets is great though. Holds it on tight. When it tears I might go a canvas tarp. -turnbuckles. Ok. I am worried about the hardware quality. They don’t look like quality metal- they kind of looked spray painted- and after tightening them down my hands looked like I’d been doing something unquestionable with the tin man. -Frame- ok. It is square but the bars seem to ‘sag’ a bit. The joiners are pretty short so maybe that’s a weak point. - it’s currently held up to some pretty heavy rain and consistent wind (but is in a rather protected area. It’s kept leaves and just from getting in the boat and I’m very happy about it so far My recommendations- I not only attached the frame to the ground, I used 2 ropes from each corner and the middle joins for additional support. One rope tied to horizontally to a nearby tree and the other at a 45 degree angle to the ground/bottom of a trunk/etc. this provides a lot of tension and additional stability to the frame to withstand wind. I figured this was necessary after my exhaustive research into these types of canopies and seeing how many were collapsed in people’s photos.

We use this on our back deck! It’s huge! Had it for 4 years before the rough ice and cold we got last winter. But it’s not too hard to replace at the price. This winter we’ll probably remove the tarp in hopes of having it even longer. Very helpful for shade! Very easy to assemble

Not even remotely heavy duty! The SLIGHTEST breeze and it crumpled like paper and flipped! The stakes just bend over when trying to tap them into the ground so they won't stay secure. The tarp ripped the second it flipped over.
