I bought the 10x20 white canopy. It had a silverish underlining. Thought that was pretty cool. Framing is excellent. Definitely need two to 4 people to pull it apart to set it up. Being 6ft tall, it could use another foot to clear the bottom overhang of the canopy as you walk under it. But I will bow to the all mighty... Thought canopy material would be a little thicker. It`s like a tent. Had strong thunderstorm with heavy rain 1/2 hour after I put it up. It leaked at the seams. Will have to buy tent seam water sealer and repellent to hopefully stop the seam leaks. It held up to the thunderstorm winds. There are weep holes so the water will not pond on lower ends. 1 on each ten ft end and two on the twenty ft sides. I anchored it with the two screw holes at bottom of each post to my concrete patio. Seems to be much sturdier that way but hope no horizontal force winds come along and bend the post. It comes with ground stakes, but I cannot use them in my scenario. Will try tying it to eye bolts on house to secure it more. Time will tell. My opinion....Well built frame but questionable canopy material. For what I paid for it, it`s worth it. I`ll be happy if I get five or more years out of it.

Tent is overall good quality for the price. I would suggest either purchasing some higher-quality stakes or anchoring with sandbags/ cinderblock/ etc as the factory stakes will not hold the tent with heavier winds. We had an issue with a piece breaking after taking it down the first time. Customer service was excellent and very responsive and fixed the issue right away.

I purchased for my daughter’s graduation party. It was easy to set up and pretty sturdy. Taking it down was the problem. The two legs in the middle will not go down completely; therefore, I can not store it in the carry bag. I have purchased from this company before and was very satisfied. Hopefully I can get this issue rectified.

We bought this as a replacement for having to set up two smaller tents. The first time it was used, one of the "metal" arms bent, but it was still usable (should have sent it back then). The second time, one of the red buttons you depress to put it down fell off. The third time, it all but collapsed in a rain storm. I think I can bend this "metal" framing. It's unbelievable flimsy and of the worst quality. Of course, we're out of the window to return it. I will try something directly with the company, wish me luck. BTW, we bought it because we were at a friend's house and they had a "double size" tent. Loved it. However, we now realize the quality of the supports was FAR superior to this one, much heavier weight. Junk. Heavy duty? Ha ha. What a joke. Buyer beware.

Rather than rent tents this year and next we bought two of these tents for our daughters’ open houses this year and next. My parents have all the table and chairs we could need so renting seemed a waste of money. These tents were easy to set up and seem like they will hold up well (there was only a breeze the day we used them, not sure how they would do on a really windy day). The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is that several of the buttons were popped off so we needed to put the spring and button back in place and one really did not want to stay put. But the tent set up and stayed up fine. The buttons are for releasing to take it down and everything still worked. I just hope the tents hold up over time.

I have used this tent three times. Twice in the backyard on a calm sunny day, once at a BBQ contest on pavement on a not-so-calm day. There were many tents setup at the BBQ contest and as the wind picked up (15-20 mph) I saw a few others destroyed. I suddenly remembered the two-star reviews I had read complaining about poor performance in windy conditions. I made sure I had all six legs anchored to the pavement with garbage bags full of sand. This tent survived with no damage. I was impressed. What I really like about this tent is all the support structure in the center is up higher than the perimeter structure. I'm a tall guy and have to duck to get under the tent. Once I'm under there I can stand normally and move about without any head knockers. Some other tents have horizontal support bars that cris-cross beneath the tent. This one does not. Side note: I have since learned the best way to anchor the tent in high winds is with 5 gallon buckets filled with water. Put one at each corner and tie the bucket handle to the tent corner with a come-along strap.

Nice coverage area for the money. Frame study and easy to assemble (with a friend). Only thing I wasn't too keen on was the way the velcro (hook & loop for you millennials) fasteners or the canopy were placed. Seemed kinda back asswards. Kind of cumbersome to tighten and then ultimately close the connection on these. Gives a whole new perspective to my back porch for 100 plus degree days. Keeps the heat off my rear garage wall too so that heat doesn't take all night to come out of the brick. And it's beyond me why small manufacturers like this one, instead of making up a printed set of instructions that suck and are hard to understand. How much would it cost you to make a video (FREE WITH YOUR PHONE !) and push it up to a YouTube channel where you can actually demonstrate how to set stuff like this up ? Come on. Get with the next century people. Overall I'm glad I bought and am thinking about buying another.
