We are having great difficulty getting all of the mesh zippers to close. There is not enough slack. This removes mosquito protection from this item which what the intended use for the canopy

We bought this to replace an older canopy damaged by the wind. This canopy has great features we were not expecting, the attention to detail is great. The system for holding back the netting for examp,e when open. Little things like providing a tool to help stretch the last corner to get in in place. Other small details that really finish this off. One small problem, the loops that hold the screens up, one broke and just had to tie it up, but it works. Looks great in the back yard and would highly recommend.

Received this Dec. 8th, assembled Dec. 20th, and it is officially gone by Jan. 10th. It was attached to concrete but unfortunately an unexpected wind surprisingly took it along with concrete screws and threw the majority of it over the shared fence. Due to it being anchored down, it resulted in all legs being bent and portions of the top frame actually breaking apart. Contacted the seller who reiterated that the instructions say to take off the canopy in high winds and that wind isn't covered under warranty. Would be great advice for those lucky enough to always know wind is coming but for others not so much. They were nice enough to recommend contacting home insurance company and that they were sorry for any inconvenience. Overall, it's a decent unit. In the short time we had it, enjoyed the size of it and fairly easy assembly. It rained several times, and it is certainly not waterproof as indicated in the description. There is an opening at the top that allows all of the water through. Lastly, if living in a moderately high wind area, recommend looking for something more substantial.

This gazebo provides shade and keeps our patio furniture from getting soaked. The screens limit mosquitoes. Assembly wasn’t too bad, it took me a while by myself. I do recommend taking the roof off in the winter. Last year I had a different Outsunny Gazebo (smaller and less sturdy) that we left out in the winter. We had lots of snow and it collapsed and was ruined. This one is a much sturdier upgrade from the 10x12 version and was easier to assemble. I do wish I would have purchased the lighter beige color instead of the dark gray. The darker color makes it more of a challenge to see if you are reading or doing art under the gazebo. I picked gray because at the time it was cheaper.

In the picture and review it shows this with walls and screens, there are no walls, just screens. If you actually read the discription there are none, when I inquired about it company sent me another gazebo to take missing part from, again no walls!? Even the company thinks this thing had walls!!!! I had to order just the walls as a replacement, and of course they don’t match in color but are close enough.

Took a couple hours to put up alone, but wasn’t terribly hard. Bolted it down to my deck and it’s held up quite well, we’ve have a few serious thunderstorms with winds up to 60mph and it’s done great! I’m super impressed with this canopy!
