Before buying this I read almost all of the reviews and I think the people that have negatively rated this gazebo have expectations set way too high. For less than $300 bucks delivered I am not sure how you can beat this. Because of the pandemic, my wife and I figured we will be spending more time in the backyard, and in the afternoon our patio takes a beating from the sun. We didn't want to spend thousands on a permanent structure so this fit the mark. The entire thing ways 70lbs, so right there you know this isn't something that will stay with you forever. Sure you can easily bend individual pieces and when putting it together you have to be careful, but once assembled it seems rather sturdy. Now, the caveat here is I live in SoCal and we have yet to have any Santa Ana wind events. I am concerned about it holding up, but feel pretty good. That being said I will update after my first experience with that. Assembly is easy. There are a couple of instances where the instructions aren't extremely clear, but logically you can figure it out, or they have a QR code on the first page and there is a YouTube video showing guys putting it together. It's very straight forward and I did almost all of it solo. I needed my wife and 7yo daughter when I attached the whole frame together and I needed my wife to help attach the top frame for the canopy. All in I probably spent 2-3 hours. I spent the most time putting up the sunshade that encloses the gazebo. That is not clear and the video makes it seem easy. It's a rectangle and not a square so you have to make sure you have it oriented correctly. I thought I did, and I didn't, so I had to basically do it twice. In conclusion, for the price this thing is perfect. If I get a couple of years out of this thing, that's a massive win. It has a great design, looks amazing, is cheap, and easy to assemble. If it can withstand 60-80 mph winds then I give this thing 10 stars.

I purchased this gazebo in April and was excited to install for the look I was going for in my back yard the gazebo was not hard to install but for the size of it I felt the metal was flimsy but I bought it and was ready for spring and summer activity after only having the gazebo for 6-7 months it broke and not a tiny break where it could possibly be fixed but the entire top of the gazebo collapsed much to my surprise when I called in for the warranty I talked to several rude customer service agents who I explained what happened and they told me that my out door gazebo is not covered for anything that happens to I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor who I was told would call me back after waiting nearly a week I got a call back from a supervisor again who was very rude and cared not about the money I spent on there product or the condition it was in despite having a one year warranty that there was both that can be none I will never purchase anything for outsunny again

purchased may 0f 2020, had small issues, company offered adjustment on price. after 1 summer of use and stored over winter (michigan), multiple seams and hems coming apart. Had friend reinforce multiple spots so we could us again for 2021. company sent out a full frame and canopy. GREAT. canopy material is not very sturdy. by end of 2021 1 big rip. beyond repair. so we opened the new box and decided to use the canopy out of the new box on the old frame. Nope, frame had multiple cracks the tubes we're full of rusty water. So down came the old frame (2 yrs of use) and up went the new frame. I haven't asked the company again, but they do not offer replacement canopies for this frame. I'm grateful that the company offered me a new one, but i have to say this product is not a long lasting one. 2 yrs and in the trash. so we did reinforce the corners many other spots before putting number 2 up. also painted the entire frame with rustoleum hoping for longer use. it's a real nice looking canopy when up, just not a very well build product. company service is good, quick response on first set of issues. If they read this, it will be their first notice of 2nd set of issues. (2021-22)

This is easy to put up, I did it alone in a few hours. It looks great. It actually stands up to wind a little better than I thought it would, but, I have it against the northeast wall of my house. The problem I have is, hurricane Milton ripped the main top to shreds and unfortunately Outsunny DOES NOT SELL JUST THE TOP. So buyer beware. It is really nice when it's whole. ** I am purchasing a similar sized top only from Outsunny, the only difference is there's no double top, it is vented... I'm going to cut the vented top part to see if it will fit with the double. My double top part is still there intact. Stay tuned. **
