  • Worth the money
Color: Cream White Size: 10' x 20'
Exactly what I needed!!! I purchased this for a space in between my house and detached garage, and it fit perfectly! The quality of the poles and tarp is good. The tarp is thick enough to prevent rain from getting through. They thoughtfully put drain holes on the lower part of the tarp. So if it rains, move your stuff from under there and put some containers to collect the water. I use a broom to bush on the tarp to get any pooling out. I was able to assemble most it myself but then required two people to help me ultimately lift it up. The instructions are hilarious - they put 95% of the instructions on one diagram. And unfortunately, they missed an important part about which way the poles should be facing. But that was an easy fix. Also be aware that the top railings under the top are not uniform in size although I assume they are supposed to be. So some fit well, some are too loose, and some barely fit at all. Things I wish it had: More straps to adhere the tarp to the top poles to help when the wind is blowing. A hook in the center to hang a light or decoration. A white option. People love how it looks. Definitely worth the money to me. ... show more

  • HORRIBLE
Color: Dark Gray Size: 10' x 20'
This is made with cheap metal slats. It has rained for days since we put it up in front of our camper on May 10 and the swoop design is pretty but useless. Water will not drain properly and the the fabric is flemsy so the water pools in between the metal slats and you have to go out and drain it yourself while the water splashes all over you. I came out this morning, May 27, in the rain and barely could open the door as the center run was bent from water pooling. There was so much water on it that it was too heavy for me to try and drain off. I came in to get my husband and we heard a noise... the whole left side collapsed and hit our $600 Traeger pellet grill and bent the smoke stack. I requested a refund and Amazon wants me to box the thing up and label it and drop it off at UPS. It took HOURS to put this stupid thing together and we no longer even have the box it came in as the rain has ruined it. I am very disappointed in Outsunny and Amazon on this purchase. Super Cheap--- DO NOT BUY!!! Did not last 17 days and Amazon will want you to return the salvage after the rain collapses it. ... show more

  • Great porch
Color: Dark Gray Size: 10' x 20'
Love this porch the only thing is if it is raining hard you have to be in the house because the whole top leaks when it rains hard, but if it's a soft rain you can still enjoy sitting out on your porch

  • Great purchase.
Color: Dark Gray Size: 10' x 20'
This was just what we were looking for without spending thousands of dollars. Easy to put together and install. The fabric top is a tight-nit-stitch so light rains does not come though. It also has Velcro along edges and middle to keep secure. We secured to the concrete and along the house for extra security. Looks great and provides great shade. ... show more

  • Nice, but not long term
Color: Brown Size: 10' x 13'
I think 3 stars is fair. It is well engineered. Everything fits as it is supposed to...and it looks great. However, it is very lightweight. You can't lean on a post without shaking the entire thing. Also the anchoring system works but is very minimal. I will have to come up with a better solution by the time we get the Santana winds or watch it sail away...even with the top cloth folded back. But right now...with the high heat and very little wind, it is very nice. The only damage I saw were tiny pinholes on the top folds. I suspect someone was smoking while sewing the fabric and some sparks melted the material. Fortunately they are tiny and not visible from underneath. If it lasts more than one summer I will have gotten my $350 out of it and will look for one much stronger to replace it. For me the size is perfect, so I will know what to replace it with later. UPDATE: I went back and a took a look at some of the alternative brands I considered. There is one that is almost identical to this one but a bit more expensive. Now that I am more familiar with this one I can see the differences and would probably purchase the other one. This is too big a project to bother tearing this one down and sending it back, but I pass this along to prospective buyers. Not sure I can say the brand name here, but it includes the color purple. Here are some of the differences: The other one provides an extra top cover to shield the top when folded back. The end loops for each sliding top rods are made of the top material instead of being just elactic loops that will probably lose elasticity later. The top has a magnet to hold it in place when opened. The ends of the top rails extend all the way to the slanted ends instead of having plastic inserts. And the big one is the way the posts are anchored to the ground. Mine fits over a raised square and attaches with only one small bolt thru the post, and two small screws into the ground. Even if I drill 2 more holes to the ground it will still only have the one bolt connecting them. The purple uses a flat ground plate with 4 holes and uses 4 bolts to connect the posts to the plate...much sturdier design. Hope this is useful info. Both pergolas are available thru amazon. ... show more

  • Excellent Value
Color: Dark Gray Size: 10' x 20'
Love it! Great value and very sturdy. Assembly was a little tricky because proper instructions were lacking. We put it together on the driveway and it took 4 people to move it into place. Would definitely recommend.

  • Horrible. Look elsewhere for a real canopy.
Color: Dark Gray Size: 10' x 20'
The media could not be loaded. Horrible. When I bought this canopy, I was hoping to be able to sit on my deck during a rainstorm. Check out the video to see what it's like sitting under this canopy during a rainstorm. I don't know how it's even possible, but I feel like it rains harder underneath the canopy than it does out in the open. The rain just teleports right through the fabric. Does absolutely nothing, defeats the reason for a canopy. Not only that, but the rain pools in between the slats and bulges downwards. It's a pain to keep draining these bulges and getting wet all over again after the rain has passed. I emailed the company and asked if there was a heavier duty canopy material that I could purchase, they said there is not. So now that I'm stuck with this outside of my return window, my only other option is to buy a 10x20 heavy duty tarp and install it in place of their material. What a waste of money this has been. ... show more
