So far so good as far as durability and weather resistance. Not the easiest to construct but also not the most difficult (this is the second gazebo we have purchased and installed on a wooden deck). We had one (don't recall what brand) that was bigger (12' x 12') and the roof had to be constructed separately and it took 4 guys to lift it up and put it on the poles. My wife and I put this 10x10 Outsunny gazebo (by Aesom) together by ourselves. It did take us all day but it got done. With the limited space on our deck it was difficult because the inside of the deck was about 9.5' from the house to the inside of the railing but we didn't have to notch the railing and still have a few inches of room because the 10x10 is measured at the roof and there is a bit of an overhang. It was difficult getting the roof panels on because of the tight fit on our deck but I used a long ladder on the part that was outside the short side. If I can edit this review I may try and get a photo or video to demonstrate some of this.

The framing could definitely come with more pre assembled pieces. That would make the assembly alot easier. Streamline the design in a fashion that eliminates so many unnecessary steps. No reason it should take six to eight hours to assemble this product. Other than that it's very nice and sturdy.

My dad and I put this together in about 5ish hours with a few breaks in there. It came well packaged and had decent instructions. Nothing was damaged and we got all the parts. The hardest part was inserting the metal roof pieces into the frame. Had a few pieces in the roofing that looked slightly bowed after we stood back and looked at and we don't really have a way to fix it, but overall we're very pleased with it. Tip: put the model number into youtube, and you can watch how to put it together if you have problems with the instructions.

I was concerned about noise with storms since it's right at the babies window. We haven't heard it at all. So that is a plus. The roof is very difficult to put on. I recommend hiring someone to put it together for you unless you are incrediblyhandy. It took our guy 5 hours to do and we feel it was definitely worth the extra 200 for the ease of not spending our whole afternoon on it

Poor quality, hard to assembly, poor instructions, and the panels were not very strong and stiff. Had I know that I would not have ordered the product. Poor quality metal.

TIP TIP TIP WHEN INSTALLING at the end when we were putting on the top sections of the roof, it was a must to take out the screws of each support that is in the very top of the gazebo. that makes the support movable and you can slip the small R1 and R2 pieces into place. Do not remove all the support screws, ONLY the 2 that are beside the support which you are installing R1 and R2. I rec 'd this TIP from a reviewer here on Amazon and boy was it helpful!
