You have to thread the bolt through 3 separate parts that are right next to one another so you can't see if you need to shift it to the left, right, up or down. It was okay to assemble. The instructions were a little hard to follow but do able. Definitely a two person job. I did it myself and was so frustrated. I wouldn’t put two people on this. But one person is fine. By 245 6’4” guy is good on it.

Met my expectations. Frame seems solid enough. The included hammock works ok too but most of the cost is in the hammock frame I think. I put a coat of Thomson waterseal on the wood frame for extra protection from the outdoor elements. Don't know if that was needed but can't hurt. I recommend this item. ... show more

    • Hammock spreader bar broke after 2nd use
The safety lines that come with it are way too close, and after tightening them just a little, the spreader bar broke as soon as my wife got into it. The frame seems really nice, just a shame we have to find a new hammock for it.
