Extremely happy with my purchase. Very sturdy metal frame with comfortable padding. Easy to assemble. Looks beautiful. Just one thing I learned the hard way: the cushion has a couple of pairs of ties to tie it to the chair. Don’t do what I did and tie it first, then get on it to find the most comfortable position (make sure the cushion is in the best position then tie it). Because the connection between ties and the cushion is fragile, and I heard a loud pop signifying that one of the ties had torn right off the cushion. The seller (Anna at canable store) was incredibly generous and sent me a replacement cushion immediately, I highly highly recommended them. Update: I live on the 14th floor of a high-rise condo building, and somehow a freak massive gust of wind sent one of these onto the 10th story pool level below. The metal frame/support is HEAVY so no idea how it was possible, but it happened. If you have any doubt as to the quality and sturdiness of the materials, the chair is still in perfect condition and the metal frame/support has only a few small scratches after a 4 story fall onto concrete. ... show more

Purchasing this egg chair was a real splurge for me! I am so very happy that I bought it. I was a bit nervous to pay for delivery because I have Prime. The delivery was flawless and on time. I was very surprised when I opened the box at how well the pieces were packed. Each piece was wrapped in bubble wrap and every end piece had rubber caps. One piece had a rubber piece attached and zip ties. None of the pieces were scratched or otherwise damaged. My next obstacle was assembling it. Each piece was well made and assembled easily. All of the hardware and tools that I needed were included in the box. It took a little bit of ingenuity to hang the chair by myself but I managed by sitting it on a small table while adding the hanging bracket. The final product is so beautiful and I know it will give me many hours of pleasure. It is my favorite place to sit to drink my coffee in the morning, read or just watch nature. I can't think of one negative to include. If you are looking for an egg chair you will not be disappointed with this one. ... show more

It was very easy to assemble. I was impressed by the quality and sturdiness of this chair. I found the strength of the frame very impressive. I thought I would get a cheap, tin frame, but the steel was top quality, and holds up very well. We got this for a Christmas gift for our boy, who is Autistic, and loves to swing in a chair. He will be so delighted, and spend hours reading his books in this chair. I might order a second one, because no one else will get a chance to use it once he discovers his gift...I highly recumbent this swinging chair. You won't regret it! ... show more

So well packaged. Very easy to assemble I’m 68. I did it in 20 minutes. I like this chair a lot kinda wish the cushion was a bit thicker. But I can always put a thinner one under it. Also the pillow hits my head at a weird angle so I’m just using that as a support for my back now the problem is. Where do I put it? I want it in every room and I actually bought it for our summer place but now it just might stay on my porch at home. Great chair for the price. If it lasts a few years I’ll be happy!! ... show more
