I only have one problem the frame. It isn't tall enough for my hammock chair. Occasionally and depending on the weight of the seater you can hit the bottom. The extra chain included is worthless because of this. All of this depends on your chair of course but unfortunately ours is just a bit too low. ... show more

It was a challenge to do it by myself, but I was too anxious to see it completed that I was able to put it together by myself. Heavy screeching noise at joint of C- bars. Emailed the company twice with NO response in regards to solutions. With no solution, this product is NOT recommended. Do not buy this product as return will be a hassle due to weight of it.

I'm very pleased with this product. It was easy to assemble (it helps if 2people do it), it's sturdy and stable, and it fits well in a relatively small space.

    • Wrong screw size
Great product and fairly easy to put together but the 2 large black screws used to connect the arms are not the correct size.

    • You'll Need Another Person to Get Started
It was pretty easy to assemble! I do highly recommend getting another person to put the base together. It's at such an angle that it's close to impossible to hold the hook-shaped pole up while assembling the two base pieces. Once that's secure, it's a one-person job from there though. I pair it with an egg shaped hanging chain (title below) and they work well together. Pretty good! Also, the silicone pads it comes with aren't messing around, they basically suction it to the floor once you lay them down, very stable and sturdy. The media could not be loaded. It was nice while it lasted. The weld completely broke off the pipe. The most unfortunate part is that I was sitting in it when it just fell over and broke off the stand. I think I’ve sat in the hammock chair every day for almost 2 years. It’s my favorite thing on our deck.. The hammock is in great shape. Unfortunately the stand just rusted out-and we live in Nebraska, we are not even near the ocean!
