This purchase is not a quality product, please see these pictures. This is a substandard weld job. On the neck and rear connector bars the welds are incomplete. These could pose a potential safety hazard. I have reached out to the company by phone to the number provided and it merely goes to a voicemail box which is full.

I ordered this bike for my husband as a gift & received it on july 7, 2020 and this bike has been problematic for him he was riding home & his whole chain popped completely off & he almost got hit by a vehicle this is his transportation back & forth & he needs it & he really takes gr8 care of bikes & is an extreme bike rider who rides daily ,but this particular bike has been problematic for him his gear box is broken they're made of plastic for metal disc brakes it doesn't catch good for him to put on brakes quick the bike coast before it comes to a complete stop & the back wheel is problematic it's not turning well cause there's a sound in the back hub that sounds like grinding metal & the ride is not smooth at all he needs a new back wheel & gearboxes was unable to ride it anymore due to these problems & he just got it , paid a nice amount of money for this purchase & am not pleased with this purchase at all.

Rear gear assembly has no hub, rear tire will loosen into a severe wobble, contact the change, and negates any traction in sand. Hopefully this was only on my bike and will be remedied. The frame and controls seem legitimate.

This bike is a beast, very well built square tubular frame, love it, tires are heavy duty, don't have to worry about them holding my weight. Easy to put together, only had issue with making the handlebar inline with front tire. Front reflector needs a extension post so that it sits in front of the breaking and gear shifting cables instead of behind them.

Ordered the bike in November for my Son for Christmas. During assembly, I found that the chain would not stay on due to a warped and twisted crankset. I contacted the seller and set pictures and a video showing the problem. After around a week, tHey agreed to send a replacement part. When the replacement part arrived, it was the wrong part despite very clear pictures and a video showing the faulty crankset. After another long wait, and multiple emails another part arrived too late for Christmas. I had to purchase a special tool to remove the existing crankset at my own expense to install the replacement. Very disappointed in this product, and very disappointed with the responses from the seller. Don't buy this bike.

Bike arrived on time with no apparent damage to box or packaging. However, fork tube was severely bent making it very difficult to turn the front wheel. It looks like this was bent during the manufacturing process since there was no visible damage to the rest of the bike. In addition, the welding was very poor, several of the joints that should have been welded were not and just painted over, the rest of the welds look like they were done by someone who had no experience welding. Finally, all of the parts (pedals, gear assemblies, chain, handlebars, handlebar stem, grips, etc.) were all very low quality. If this bike cost $150 I would be willing to except such poor quality but at over $400 I would expect at least quality welding (everything else can easily be upgraded). Also, don't include parts that are already damaged before assembly. The attached photos are for reference, the photo of the forks is what I have after trying to straighten it a little (the tube started with approximately 5 Deg. of bend). The welding photos are just two joints but almost all of the welds look the same.
