The media could not be loaded. Having read several reviews pre-purchase, I have to say I don’t know how you can go wrong here. Price? Very reasonable. As for the dreaded plastic blades, they are just as good as particle board blades most manufacturers use. The whole assembly is very lightweight, and there was not a hint of vibration so the “balancing kit” was not needed One area I will agree with others on is that the app is garbage, but the physical remote control works fine, you just have to kind of experiment with the buttons and see the effects. The lights are actually really cool and almost hypnotic to some degree. The fan moves plenty of air, and I bought three of these for my rental cabins and have installed two so far and I’d not hesitate to purchase again. Please note also that I am a retail Amazon customer and do not do reviews in exchange for free products. I paid for these.

The fan look nice but a little cheesy. The features are not consistent when changing the colors. Sometimes you have to keep hitting the button until it actually changes to a color. It doesn’t always work so it’s very frustrating.

Bought it specifically for the rgb customization and it doesn’t work. Pointless to advertise it as rgb when it doesn’t work. For anyone wanting to buy this for the rgb lighting please save yourself some trouble and purchase a different fan. Update: after messing with the app for hours I was able to understand how the rgb works. On the app you have to have the main light off and only turn on the “auxiliary lamp” that will cycle through the rbg preset options and the color you choose from the menu. You have to cycle through more than 10 presets to get the color you set. Poor design and instructions but hey it works, review updated to 3 stars for the very poor app experience and instructions overall.

The fan was an absolute NIGHTMARE to try and put together. All these comments that say it was easy must be FAN specialists because the directions were TERRIBLE!!! The fan it's self is "pretty". It appears to be pretty secure in the ceiling. No shaking etc. The LED function is NOTTTT and I repeat NOTTTT worth it... My husband and I literally have to STARE at the light to catch it change to a shade of another color. You cannot tell what even color it is because it's so faint. The app is not very useful, or helpful, and it keeps having and issue. To me, there are cheaper fans that don't have the LED feature and had I known the colors would have been so faint I would have just gone with one of the cheaper ones. Not impressed!
