The chair is pretty sturdy, however, it has some issues. The arms are a little rickety, they move around a bit. it has a slight tilt to it, but it almost feels like your are going to break the chair if you try to tilt it back. The material doesn't feel bad, but its all very cheap feeling. It is also nit very wide or deep.

Upon receiving the chair, it was obvious that the packing box is not durable enough to deal with standard shipping provided the chair weighs quite a bit. The box I received had considerable damage including open tears which exposed the inside contents. I reported and shared photos of the packaging with the manufacturer and they offered to refund upon return or provide a discount if I chose to keep the chair should the contents be undamaged. The manufacturer requested I open the box and inspect the contents, and upon confirming the contents were undamaged, I chose to keep the chair and accept the discount they offered. I have been using the chair now for over a month at the time of this writing and I am very pleased with the quality, material and looks. The chair itself is very well built and easy to assemble (good instructions and no difficulty with alignments or adjustments). A primary reason for my choosing this chair is the polyester leather material which feels great and is expected to be very durable and long lasting, as opposed to PU (polyurethane leather). The seat is also well cushioned and very comfortable. I would recommend this chair but caution anyone planning to have it shipped that the packaging may not hold up well given the weight and how it may be handled by the carrier. If you can pick one up from a local retailer, it may save you some potential shipping grief. I also want to commend the manufacturer's customer service, as they communicated well through Amazon messages, were prompt in their responses, and worked to resolve my issue in good faith.

This chair is so comfortable and provides great support. Have a wider frame—you'll love how comfortably you fit in this chair! It rolls nicely and the material feels high end.

the Chair is hard, uncomfortable, the back of the chair leans slightly to one side because they drilled the holes slightly too far up on one side, the head rest portion of the chair is too far back to comfortably use regularly, and the base of the seat itself leans forward, making me feel like I am being pushed out of the chair, after long hours of sitting in the chair my back is killing me. and I would rather sit on the floor. otherwise the base of the chair itself seems pretty solid... so if your looking for a sturdy torture device this is the chair for you! on top of that the return policy says I will get a full refund, the company however after APPROVING my return has repeatedly told me if I do not show them video evidence of the damage of the chair that I will have to pay a restocking fee, and have refused to answer any of my questions, one of which was if they would accept a photo instead of a video, and one of their responses to me even included a download that instructed me to send them a "Screenshot" of my email address so they could contact me OUTSIDE of amazon so they could "better" address my problems, everything about their business practices are sketchy at best.

It is very comfortable and seems sturdy so far but the back leans back too far and there is no way to adjust it. The adjustable headrest is a bit loose and falls back to the lowest position easily. It is a good chair for the price.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Solid chair and a really nice price. The fact that it offers arms that can fold up and out of the way is a plus. Base is heavy and appears to be made of solid materials. Attaching the arms to the bottom and back cushion is a bit of a pain but I managed it. MAKE SURE TO LEAVE THE ARM BOLTS BARELY ON TO MAKE LIFE EASY! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! 😁

It's a piece of garbage. Cheaply made and came with a damaged back. Company approved my return but wants me to pay $30 for a return shipping in 15% restocking fee. What a joke! should not be allowed to sell on Amazon
