  • Great product
Color: Khaki Size: 12*12FT
I have several of these And they are very durable and last a long time if you take care of them they're very very very very very very very easy to set up And take down with ease The only thing is do not get it caught in the windstorm because if it Gets caught up it will flip and it will break fairly quickly and fairly easily ... show more

  • Easy set up, stylish and sleek
Color: Khaki Size: 12*12FT
Right out of the box, I was kinda disappointed as the top cover looked very wrinkly. However, as I continued building it, the end product looked sleek and high-quality. Assembly was quick, and easy to do. I set it up by myself. However, would take faster to set up if two people work on it. No tools required. Loved the neutral khaki color. I placed it over my patio deck and it looks beautiful, especially if you install hanging lights with the canopy. The frame feels sturdy and held up well during a breezy day, not flimsy as I was thinking. The insect net is great for keeping insects out of the tent, and provide shade. Easy to install and use, and option to tie it to the poles to keep the canopy open. Looks elegant with the nets tied up, in my opinion. I installed it over my patio furniture and it’s great. Protects my furniture from rain as it’s 1.5’ overhang from the poles, all around. I definitely recommend anchoring with the included stakes or weights, or in my case, I screwed it down to the deck. Definitely stable once secured down. My backyard patio looks stylish, and gives a a beach resort kinda feeling. All my guests were impressed with the gazebo. Happy with the purchase. Price isn’t too expensive. ... show more

  • Don't waste your money
Color: Khaki Size: 12*12FT
The canopy didn't last even one season... tears on seams. They were small though so I packed it away through the winter. Opened this year, taped up the small tears but weathering made the material so brittle/weak or whatever that new tears emerged immediately. Very poor quality - doesn't last. It was easy to set up and having the case with wheels was nice, but the wall sides didn't fit in the case. Definitely not recommending this product. ... show more

  • Easy and sturdy
Color: Khaki Size: 12*12FT
This was well worth the money. it was easy to setup took about 20 minutes total. it turned out to be very sturdy, we had no issue putting the netting on the sides. Overall I found that this was exceptional in value and ease of use.

  • So Far, So Good!
Color: Khaki Size: 12*12FT
This review is for set up and putting it all together, reason for 4 stars. Longevity, quality overtime feedback will be added later and maybe change to 5 stars (or less) depending on our experience. We felt it best to review this product this way based on some of the negative reviews we read before purchasing. We received this gazebo from Amazon on May 2, a day early, so shipping is fast. The box is very heavy so if you aren’t strong, have someone help carry. We bought this to use onsite when using our RV. We do have an attached awning but when the wind elevates or becomes gusty, we don’t want the awning out. This gazebo was $140. A new awning set up plus labor to attach to the rv would run us close to $1000. So we keep the rv awning for when needed and will be using this gazebo when the awning is not needed. I put this gazebo up by myself (I’m 58). I’m started the set up at 5:30pm and was done with the set up at 6:20pm. This is an all in one set up. No poles to connect or tape together. You spread out the frame partially, add the canopy top and then push up from the center to lock into place. Extend the 4 corner poles to the height you want (3 height settings) and it’s up. Last - either anchor with attached stakes and cord or use the 4 sandbags that come with it. We chose to use the bags and filled with rocks. Each pole has roughly 30-40lbs of weight keeping it down, 120-160lbs total weight. Others have commented on how flimsy the canopy material is. You are paying $140ish for this gazebo. If you want iron or solid steel and canvas topper you need to get the one for $500 and up. As for the material for this canopy - it’s not bad. It’s like any other canopy for under $200. It’s fabric not plastic, too. Canopy went on easy and secures snug to the top frame. There were no tears or hesitation when attaching. I inspected all the seams and attached features like the peak canopy. All were double stitched and the stitches were tight - not loose. The screen walls are nice. We weren’t looking for screen walls and will only use when grandbaby is visiting. The screen walls go up on all sides in less than 10 minutes and attach nicely with clips and Velcro. They zip well and don’t drag on the ground. Tying back to poles when not in use is an option. However, since it’s fabric screen, not metal for the side walls, we felt when not in use, tied back to the four corner poles, the screen walls would age and become dirty and perhaps become inusable. So we took them down and stowed them for when needed. We like the portable travel case the gazebo comes with. Since the entire gazebo farm is very heavy, having a secure bag with roller wheels on it is a nice feature to protect it and roll it around. We had rain and wind last night so our first night with the canopy up was a good test. Our winds were 12-15mph with some 20-22 gusts. And it rained for 9 hours. Today, the canopy is in the same place and still snug/secure. It’s all about the weight of you don’t want it to lift up and blow away in a storm. Weighting this canopy to the ground is essential. As stated in the beginning, we are new to this product and cannot attest to the canopy and the structure longevity over time. In a few months we will come back and update the review. In the meantime, we are pleased and enjoying our new “gazebo”. May 7/2024 Update: We’ll, it’s been a week. Gazebo has been up the entire time. The temp difference from direct sunlight on a sunny day to shade under the gazebo was 12 degree difference. Nice! We did have a storm warning where gusts could get to 40mph. So what we did was lower the legs completely leaving them at roughly 4’ tall. Then we pushed the center peak lock to release tension. Then removed the canopy and stored it. Took 5 minutes to do all that. Roughly 20 minutes after doing all this huge wind gusts came through then the storm. We got it adjusted just in time. The frame stayed stable the entire time. When the storm passed we put the canopy back on and raised the legs - again less than 5 minutes. Frame is in perfect condition. Since then our winds have been between 8-15mph all week and not a thing wrong with the canopy frame or purpose of the canopy. Note: During initial set up we stake the corners of the canopy to the ground footing of each pole during set up. This keeps the corners from moving during wind. We also added more rocks to the sand bags. I weighed each on a bath scale and all 4 bags are weighing 50lbs each. The sand bags are huge! If your poles are staked & weighted the frame isn’t going anywhere if the canopy isn’t on. With the canopy on there will be some lifting of the pole feet stakes you just have to go back around and check them from time to time. I’m feeling confident this canopy will do just fine over the summer. FYI - we are on Lake Michigan where there is always a breeze and we get Chicago winds from across the lake. Proper assembly, anchoring and common sense will save your gazebo! ... show more

  • Company stood behind their product!
Color: Khaki Size: 12*12FT
Just one little gust of wind took it over and dragged it across the pavers on our rv site. We had it wrapped in the sandbags. Broke some bars and ripped the canopy as it dragged it. It wasn’t even a strong wind! It was brand new. Called the company and they sent a complete replacement at no charge! This is an attractive gazebo. Recommend using extra weights and anchors in windy conditions. ... show more

  • Top Didn't even last 6 months
Color: Khaki Size: 12*12FT
With the stakes and tie downs provided the tent is quite sturdy in low and medium winds (under 20MPH). Major problem is the cheap canopy top they provide. Mine lasted less than 6 months and then quickly started to tear along the seams. Upon taking down the the canopy it basically fell apart. The whole canopy was like paper and just ripped along all the seams. I emailed the OUTFINE company and they said it was off warranty. I can't even find what the warranty is for this product. I bought it at the end of June 2023 and it started ripping over New Years January 2024, less then 6 months of use. We used it quite a bit during the summer and fall but always in winds less then 15 MPH and lower. It just weathers really quickly and like I said above became very brittle like thin paper that rips with the slightest touch. They didn't even tell me how or if they had a replacement I could purchase. $150 down the drain. I have a great Gazebo frame though. Looking on Amazon the 12x12 canopy tops that looked somewhat decent were running over $75 and I'm not sure (the replacement companies don't provide much info) if will fit OUTFINE's frames. So best to just roll that money into buying a new one but definitionally from a different company. ... show more
