Update: customer service contacted me and is sending a replacement which is great imo. I’ve bought one of these in the past and I used it so much it ripped so I hope the replacement last just as long! The rice or grains that is inside burnt after three uses and yes I followed the directions. Now I can't use it anymore because it smells horrible. I don't think I've ever left a review on Amazon but this is really expensive garbage in my opinion not to! Buyer beware!

It fits nicely around the neck, stays in place, and is comfortable. No constant adjustng as with a flat pad. This is important to me. Provides 360 degrees of heat around my neck. I microwave for one minute, flip, and microwave for another minute - warmth without burning.
