We needed something quick for our trip to the Bahamas and this set turned out to be great. I wear a size 10-11 depending on the shoe and these fins fit perfect. The mask did not leak or fog up and the snorkel is not getting water in it all the time like some we have had so very happy with that. I don't have a lot of experience with different fins but these did the job and my legs didn't cramp up at all. I'm not sure what the difference is between this and some high end set but this worked perfect for me and I can't imagine why I would need something different in the future.

The U.S. Divers diving equipment brand has been around for ages, since I started diving many decades ago. This is a basic snorkeling set that could be OK for beginners, the price of the set is about less than a reputable brand scuba diving mask. Finally today I took the set to the beach for some ocean snorkeling. These are my thoughts: MASK: The mask aesthetically is not of my preference. Internal volume is about medium compared to other masks. The edge skirt has a good seal against the face (no leaks). Good nose profile for easy ear equalization. Annoying "US DIVERS" logo on the lower left corner that obstructs view and no "tempered" inscription on the glass. The internal glass has a soapy layer that prevents fogging, I guess it will wear out after some uses. The head band is easy to adjust to head size. SNORKEL: The snorkel is bigger than my personal preference. It is made of a rigid plastic that drags severely while swimming underwater. Make sure you do not drop your weight belt over it for it may break. It's drain valve made for easy removal of water upon surfacing. Comes with a hard plastic tab to attach to the mask that can easily break. FINS: The fins are of the open adjustable type so you can use them with your neoprene booties. If you do not have booties, I would recommend you use thick socks to mitigate abrasions on your toes and feet. Fins are too large to fit in my travel carry on. They are pretty snappy in the water, not too rigid or soft. They enabled me to make powerful but short sprints underwater and good swimming on the surface against the current. The notches on the sides make them for easy carrying (see image). BAG: The mesh bag is very nice, one can carry this basic equipment and some small items with ease. It dried pretty quick after washing with fresh water at home, remember to wash ALL your equipment after salt water exposure.

This snorkel and fin set is made very well. The materials are good and not cheap feeling. I love the pink and black color. It definitely looks good. The fans are easy to put on an easy to take off and they also stay on my feet without coming off. The mask does not leak and the snorkel works, so good

Having been a certified scuba diver for years, I now am getting older and I don't feel comfortable doing any serious diving anymore. I still love the water, so snorkeling is a no brainer for me. U.S. Divers equipment is well known for their presence in the underwater market as a supplier of good low cost equipment. I have used some of their goggles and snorkels, as well as others for years. This set is ideal for those who want a snorkel set that is easy to pack and take along on beach and cruise trips. For those who aren't in great physical shape, the cut outs make the flippers easier to use without getting strain Charley-horses, as compared to bigger, solid flippers. The dry snorkel makes it harder to get any substantial amount of water down the tube, a help for all, especially novices. I think choosing the right mask is very much personal, according to your face shape and size. It is necessary to keep water from leaking in around the edges. Having said this, this mask does an acceptable job, and is comfortable to wear. I am a 6 foot male of average size and size 11-12 shoes. I was able to wear this combo with no problems - the flippers fit well and are "stay-in-place" adjustable if you use the buckles properly. The travel bag is lightweight and has a separate mesh pocket for the mask. At this price point, I think that this is a good package for those infrequent trips as well as frequent trips locally.

I haven’t had a chance to try out the OutdoorMaster x U.S. Divers Cozumel TX snorkeling gear yet, but I’m planning to next month. When I tried it on, the fit seemed pretty good overall. I really like the flippers—they feel comfortable and well-made. However, the mask seems a bit cheaper compared to others I’ve used. I’m not a pro, but I’ve done a lot of snorkeling, and I consider myself the queen of snorkel sets since it’s so much cheaper than renting gear. I’m taking my whole family snorkeling next month, and I’m optimistic that this set will perform solidly for our adventure!

Reviewing OutdoorMaster x U.S. Divers Cozumel TX Combo Snorkeling Gear for Adults, I was a little worried about ordering this set because it comes in sizes S, M, L but there is no size chart on the listing page and I couldn’t find one on the U.S. Divers website either. I went with M, since I’m an adult female and that’s the middle of the road sizing. Both the mask and the fins fit perfectly after adjusting. Phew! The mask conforms to my face and nose and if I dunk the mask in water before putting it on, I don’t have any issues with fog. As with all snorkel masks that fit well, when I put it on and take a deep breath through my nose, I get no air and suck the mask into my face, which means the seal between my face and the mask is excellent. The seal between my mouth and the mouthpiece is solid also and it’s easy to breathe in and out. The snorkel has a clip on it that clips to the mask, keeping it upright. The fins fit great and there’s a wide range of adjustment possible with the heel strap (same with the heads trap on the mask). They are comfortable to wear and allow for maximum thrust with little exertion. Overall, this is a great set, and I love that it comes with a carrying bag, which makes it easy to travel with. It’s very economical for the quality you get.
