It's quite an upgrade from the other robe! This robe is well made and quite sturdy. It has a velour outer coat with a terry cloth interior. Makes for a more upscale and very comfortable wearing. My son is 5'11, 150lbs and the M/L fits nicely. A little loose for moveability which is great. It's much heavier than your average terry cloth robe so be sure to have a sturdy place to hang. Has been washed and dried (on gentle/low) and is in perfect shape with zero shrinkage. Well worth the cost, very pleased with purchase.

Beautiful blue color and brings out his blue eyes. Highly recommend!! Perfect to slip on when exiting the pool before heading into the cold air conditioned house! Also nice deep pockets!

Like most people, I’m hesitant to purchase anything through the mail that requires a size. As I was opening the package, I was being very careful because I knew the odds were very high that I would probably have to return It. I ordered size M/l even though it’s the first time I’ve ever seen anything sized this way. It turned out to be perfect. I am 5” 10ish at approximately 180 pounds with a little beer belly. It fit as though it was made to order. The arms and legs length were perfect. The collar is big enough to cover the lower back of your neck or kept down for a great and even look. The three pockets are strategically placed and very comfortable with both hands in the lower two pockets. The material is very lush and feels like it’s something that would be available in a luxurious expensive hotel. I have yet to put it on after a shower or a bath but it’s quite obvious that is very absorbent. I see two negatives that someone may not like but they don’t bother me at all. The sash isn’t long enough to make a full bow. It’s perfect for a half bow which I think is adequate to keep the robe closed. The second possible negative is some people may find the sleeves to be too large. The length is perfect. Like I said earlier, neither of these bother me and it doesn’t affect how great the robe looks and feels when worn. I’m definitely going to order another one because I always like to have two robes available. If you can handle the fact that the slash can not make a full bow and the sleeves are a bit large (still looks good though) then this robe is for you.
