  • Perfect Fit For All My Boss Pedals
Style: Pedal Board Size: 1 Row
I’m a beginner guitarist, and I recently completed the build-out of my sonic ecosystem that compliments all three of my electric guitars. I purchased all my Boss guitar pedals, and I was shopping for a pedal board. I came across this product, and I immediately made the purchase. This board is a smart creation; because, I can tailor it to the number of pedals I want to use. I can expand the board if I wanna use all my pedals or collapse the board if I only wanna use some of my pedals. In my first picture, it shows this board with all my Boss Pedals without any issues. In the next picture, I show my MXR DC Brick, which powers up all my pedals. The final location of my MXR DC Brick is under the pedal board. It perfectly fits. The first picture shows the complete build-out of all my Boss Pedals with the MXR DC Brick under the board. I like the feature of the power routers for the pedals’ power cords. The board is solid and sturdy. It is nicely balanced and sits on the floor without any wobbling. The collapsing of the board is smooth. The locking mechanism to secure the desired length of the board is solid. The board comes with installed Velcro (loop) on top and beneath the board. For me, this board is worth the price. I don’t anticipate the purchase of any additional pedals; hence, this board is perfect for my use. I’m very pleased with this product; I’m glad I made the purchase. /s/ Alfonso Faustino UPDATE: Okay…I was incorrect…yesterday, 27-Feb-2026, I purchased another pedal: Boss Noise Suppressor NS-1X. All seven Boss pedals fit the 1-Row XPND Pedal Board. See last picture. END UPDATE UPDATE: 10-March-2026: I returned the single row, andi got the double row; because, I purchased two more Boss Pedals; and, I no longer had space with the single row. The double-row is perfect, and my sonic ecosystem is complete. See picture, herein. END UPDATE ... show more

  • GET THIS THING NOW!!!!! BEST EFFECT BOARD EVER!!!!
Style: Pedal Board Size: 2 Row
Versatile, easy to use and assemble!!! Definitely the best pedal board I have had. The fact it can adjust to my needs as a guitar player is outstanding! From its standard double row lenth to its expanded length for additional effects, this board can handle everything I throw at it. I highly recomend it!!!!! Oh and its built like a TANK....sturdy but not overly heavy. Preforming on a stage or in your practice space, this board makes sense!!!!!! ... show more

  • Worth the price
Style: Pedal Board Size: 2 Row
Guitar pedals, by their most basic design, are tools of experimentation. There may be some pedals that are set-it-and-forget-it items in our rig, but the rig itself will always be in danger of adding or subtracting the number of pedals you are experimenting with. In my situation, I use a Moog Minitaur bass synth that I control with the smaller model of Arturia MIDI controller. I also use an unusually shaped Moogerfooger that I have never been able to have facing upright in a case or pedalboard, until now. Additionally I am able to include an ED Bit Commander, a DBA Total Sonic Annihilation, a JPTR FX Jive, and a Biyang reverb, and that is not even fully extending the board. If you have pedals with all the plugs in the back, you will be able to set those up side-to-side with the best use of space. If you have stereo pedals though, or effects loops that come out of the sides, you will be more likely to line them up on each beam of veclro-covered metal where their cables bear-hug that strip. The velcro on the pedal-board is pre-attached with the soft side of the veclro being on top and bottom of each strip. For you to get the absolute most out of this pedalboard, you will want to manage all your power underneath, and there is not a ton of clearance down there, so I had to velcro my power strip with the edge of the power strip (not the bottom) stuck to the underside, in a way that exposes more of my power set-up than my old inset case did. I like an industrial look, bot not a chaotic look, and this pedalboard delivers on that. The Daddario logo does feature on the sides, but it is not emplazoned in a jumbo size like some gear logos. I prefer a nice discrete set-up where my hand movements are visible, and the gear is well-secured, with the plugs and switches more visible that the wires they connect with. This unit delivers on all those levels, even if the price is a bit high. I will say this, the unit is wildly durable and even a tad heavier than I expected, but that also means that if you find one of these used for a good price, get it because it is unlikely to be severly damaged. I am not sure if the extending mechanism could be harmed by abuse, but the frame itself I beleive could withstand a ton of abuse. Keep in mind that you will still need the gig bag. I don't regret buying this for the new. It may take some time before you see many of these up for resale. ... show more

  • Loving it. Great for changing up pedal combinations and demos
Style: Pedal Board Size: 1 Row
Loving this pedalboard from D’Addario called XPND. Yep, you can expand and stretch it to suit your pedal needs. Great for demoing different pedal combos. Assembling it was a bit confusing at first but it’s straightforward once you identify the parts. At its shortest, it can fit four Boss sized-pedals and eight at its longest. You can fit a slim power supply underneath it too since the feet can be raised slightly. It’s pre-Velcro’ed (loop side) and it comes with three strips of Velcro hook tape. The included cable management clips are a big help for tidying up the dreaded power wires. Made with sturdy but lightweight metal, I think this pedal is made to last and it screams quality all around. Definitely a good pickup. 👍 ... show more

  • Machined to exacting standards!
Style: Pedal Board Size: 1 Row
Quite an impressive example of quality extruded aluminum machining! Incredibly durable hook & loop fastening system on both top and bottom surfaces! I had no issue mounting two different power supply units on the bottom of my setup, as well as a 3-way AC power tap adapter. Simply needed to adjust the height of the rear feet. Only issue is that there is no room to run my interconnect audio cables underneath as the power supply cables there take up all of the space between the mounted effects! Overall a great value compared to another brand that requires purchasing several mounting plates to complete the setup. The cost of those plates can add up quickly! Highly recommend giving this pedalboard a try!! ... show more

  • I’ve struck gold with this thing…
Style: Pedal Board Size: 2 Row
Round of applause for the engineers who designed this 👏 👏 👏. Why has no one thought of this concept sooner?? Fixed boards either make you have to get very creative with space or ditch your larger pedals for more expensive/compact dinky ones, which ultimately mean less knobs and therefore less tonal refinements. Or it forces you to skip placing a pedal on your board altogether. Un-ideal in all regards. This gem solves all that. Build quality: 9/10 Sturdy AF. Feels like super high quality aluminum. Out of the box there is no sign of chince other than the thin/flexible plastic spacers you put between the boards feel like they could eventually snap over time. Silicon or a beefier flexible plastic would have been a better touch. But what is included keeps costs down and pricing more competitive which I can understand. Weight: 10/10 The pedalboard itself is quite light and strong. The pedals, power supply, and connectors are what will create the weight. At least the pedalboard is not adding unnecessarily to overall weight. Optionality: 10/10. Not only do you get the expansion, but each board comes velcroed on top AND bottom. This is ultra useful for your chosen power supply. Note that the mini expandable option will give you limitations on the size of power supply you can use; they will have be compact. The full size board, mine, has no such restrictions. Also included is extra adhesive Velcro bands in case you need some for your pedals. Useful and a nice touch. The spacers mentioned earlier also serve as a smart way to keep many of your connectors neatly tucked under the board. Ease to Assemble: 9/10. I put this together in about 45 minutes, though it was mostly because I was using blue LocTite on each of the screws to limit them getting loose and making the board rickety (I’d recommend taking the time to do this extra step). Otherwise if you don’t want to mess with that mess, it should be fairly straightforward to put together in well under 30 minutes. Durability: 8/10 Unless you plan to gig hard with this thing and really stomp it carelessly, this board should hold up very well over time, though there are tradeoffs using high grade aluminum over steel or some other heavier alloy. As a guy who is more a garage noodler-type player, I don’t foresee this board ever wearing out for me. Overall: 9.5 out of 10. Unless you use only 5 pedals max, or just need a very light travelable and minimal setup, do yourself a favor and just buy the bigger double-row board for a few more bucks. Your sound option palette (and power supply options too) expand *substantially* making it well worth the extra expense. I’d also recommend ribbon patch cables (Earnie Ball makes these) to maximize the space on your pedal board if you are using more than 8 pedals like me. I can’t recommend this nifty contraption enough. GRAB ONE! Fantastic design D’Addario 🙌 ... show more

  • Great versatile board!
Style: Pedal Board Size: 1 Row
This board was perfect for me. Compact and light weight but can expand to accommodate more pedals. It came with Velcro to secure the pedals as well as some pieces for cord management. I used the Velcro to attach my power supply underneath. Works great!

  • Professional Quality
Style: Pedal Board Size: 1 Row
Well made professional quality. The matching case will not disappoint anyone. I am very impressed. The fit and finish is excellent, the provided screws and hardware were all first quality. This will easily hold up to daily use, great for venues where you can’t safely leave anything overnight. The bag is 1” of foam all the way around, material, sewing and zippers are professional quality. Very fair price for the thoughtful design and quality materials. ... show more
