    • Thank goodness the safety feature works...
From the day we purchased it the unit heats up exceedingly hot within minutes and then shuts down. It won't start up again unless it is unplugged for a bit and then plugged back in. No matter how long you leave it plugged in after shutting down or how cold the room, it will not turn back on. This makes it useless to heat any space as a couple minutes of heat, followed by 10+ unplugged isn't going to help. Contacted support and was told that it "works as intended" since the safety feature shuts it off when it overheats. Would not buy this product. Purchased a different one and am much happier with it. ... show more

This heater worked perfectly for our lounge/hot tub area. The output of heat and distribution was perfect. Before we knew it the area was so cozy we ended up sitting outside much longer than expected. The heater is quite and warmed up quickly. I would highly recommend this heater.

    • Worked great at first...
I bought this heater in Nov 2021, as a Christmas gift to be used in the small office in the basement of my house, as it gets chilly down there during the winter months, especially in the mornings. This product worked great for the first couple months it was used (January 2022-early March 2022). I'd turn it on first thing in the morning, then usually had to turn it off after a couple hours as it really did a good job warming up the area. After not using it for about 6-7 months, I went to turn it on for the first time in Oct 2022, and it does not turn on at all. Very disappointed that it did not last more than one winter. I'll now reach out to Luwior directly to see if I can get a replacement or refund. If you want a product to get you through a very short period, then go ahead and spend your money on this. If you want a product to last more than one winter, buy another product. ... show more

We used this to eat outside during mild to cold winter nights in the south. On colder nights, it put out enough heat to make being outside tolerable. On milder nights, it would make it comfortable to be outside, but would cut off from overheating and have to be off for 15-30 minutes before you could turn it on again. ... show more

    • cant feel it unless you are touching it
i got this heater for the smoking porch at work, everyone was so happy to have it, but the frist day i put it on the porch no one could feel the heat unless u where standing right next to it. had it pluged in for 5 hours n i went right up to it and put my hand right on meltel creat and that wasnt even hott. i gues u could use it for a inclosed area like basement or shed but not good for a porch. had to send it back cause all the workers said it dont get hott or keep you warm, just to get hands warm u had to touch it. wish i didnt have to right this, but thought i should, so people know the truth. ... show more
