We were really pleased initially with the plastic wicker which is thicker and wider than some we have seen. But, soon after assembly, we discovered that the wicker was loosely woven, which means that there are loops that stick out and are prone to getting caught on things. Also, there are a couple of strips that have small nicks and rub marks that appear they will cause that piece to fail at some point, causing the wicker to unravel. It hasnt happened yet but we are trying to be careful with it. For the price, it was a great value, but there are still some issues that make it less durable long term.

This is by far, thee worst outdoor furniture purchase I've ever made. First, assembly was almost impossible and took a couple of days. One problem was the longer screws were too long for the short sections. I'm guessing I had a bad batch. I had to go to several big box stores to try to find the right size screw. The first set recommended was not wide enough because the screws are actually in metric rather than inches. Eventually, I just purchased bigger nuts to hold the existing screws. In addition, the holes in the corner sections of the sectional were so close together, it was challenging to get the screws in when I finally resolved the screw situation. Once the set was finally assembled, as others have noted, it is super small and not very comfortable because the cushions are extremely thin. Finally, we got rain one day while I was away. I neglected to put the covers on the furniture so the cushions got wet. The water, literally, settled in the bottom of the pillows and took days to dry out attracting every mosquito in America. This is unlike other patio furniture I have where the water simply beads and runs off. Overall, I don't recommend this patio set unless you have a smaller deck or patio and it is in a covered area. I also recommend changing out the cushions for something more comfortable.
