This lovely 7 pc fire pit patio set arrived very quickly with no issues or damage. We LOVE it!! Its beautiful vibrant color, sturdy construction, and comfortable seating is just perfect!! The pillows stay in place because of the tie straps that wrap around the back of the seats and the sturdy velcro for its seat cushions. This patio set is unique and wisely designed. The fire pit is constructed well, and activated just as should. Hubby had no problem following the easy instructions to assemble the set - all pieces were there. Customer service was a breeze when we wanted to know the specific date of arrival and tracking - we got a response very quickly. I must admit, I was a little intimidated by the amount of parts. I purchased the 12 piece set. Once I got started assembling the furniture, it was easier than expected. ALL holes lines up. No screws or nuts were stripped. The material the furniture is constructed with is strong, tight and very durable. I’ll be using this set for many years. The cushions were extremely flat and I initially questioned the comfort, again much to my chagrin. The covers for the cushions were actually smaller than the cushions, meaning I had to force the cushions into the covers. No concern though. The tightness actually made them softer, because there was more cushion material inside. I am extremely happy and all my family and friends absolutely love it. Also, of note: There were plenty of spare parts included.

If you're looking for click-together lego furniture... this is NOT it! I will take a couple of hours and some elbow grease to construct the furniture pieces, but they are well packaged for shipping, no damage when we unpacked and they went together fairly easy. The seats are sturdy, the cushions fit perfectly and they are comfortable. Note: the back cushions are vacuum packed so it takes a little while for them to "fluff" up. We like the design and the ability to move the seats around on the patio. We got the 7 piece set and it's perfect for our 5-7 person gatherings we like to have! Also, the set comes in 3 boxes! 1 box arrived via fedex a day before the others... so I had contacted support to ask.. they were VERY response, polite, helpful and they followed up again 2 weeks later to confirm my satisfaction! Thank you!

I could not believe how much stuff they sent us. When this arrived, I was frankly overwhelmed by the boxes. Then one Saturday, my wife and I started unboxing and assembling. The layout of the set is configurable, with the instruction clearly outlining how to make sofas, armed chairs, and a sectional. On top of that, there were two swivel chairs, several tables, and a fireplace. It comes with a cover too. The only problem I had in assembly was recognizing which length of bolt to use at first. There are multiple lengths of bolts, so in retrospect, if I had grouped them by length and followed the instructions, it would have been easy. We have been using them for about four months, and they have shown no wear. We use them a lot, but on a covered screened in porch. I am not sure how many seasons they will last, but they seem very durable and nice. I configured with One sectional, one love seat, two armless chairs, and the two swivel chairs. I could not be happier. This would have cost at least three grand at a local store, even big box. I give them five stars, but the biggest five stars I've ever given.

The media could not be loaded. This patio furniture is so much nicer than my previous set which this replaced. The rattan is a much better quality than on my previous set, and because this furniture is so well-made and properly engineered it was a breeze to assemble. Also, the assembly instructions in their manual were quite clear and helpful. It was impressive that they sent additional screws, bolts and miscellaneous parts in case you lost an item or miss placed it. The cushions are well-made and quite comfortable. The fire pit is beautiful and lights perfectly every time. The inclusion of the glass shield, which is provided to protect the flames from the wind was a nice, classy addition. I have also found that any communication with the company’s support staff has been very prompt and very helpful. My wife and I are both extremely happy with this purchase and we would highly recommend this company‘s product to anybody. I have included some photos/video which shows how nice everything looks.
