This isn’t a high quality product (hence the price I suppose). We purchased and assembled 2 for a large event in our yard and the canvas ripped because it doesn’t quite fit the frame. I get this tent for my daughter's 1st birthday party. I received the box without missing any parts, me & my sister put it up just to see & check how it looks like.Its not hard to assemble at all we are 5 feet tall & we were able to do it in less than an hour. The direction is pretty easy to follow. One of the joint has been damaged and i know it's just an isolated case so i emailed the seller & they respond to me so quickly and sent a replacement right away, i even got it 2-3 days before my party.I am so happy with their EXCELLENT customer service they responds to email in less than 24 hours and very helpful. I received many compliments from my guest about the tent because it looks elegant. My party is Saturday and Friday we already put it up & decorate it. Saturday night it rained so hard but my tent is still standing,Sunday morning still raining so we won't able to put it down.We finally put it down Monday. Excellent value for the money. They look fantastic! Bought 2 for a back yard birthday party and they were easy to set up and looked great. Took me about an hour to set up each tent by myself. They held up well in rain and a little wind. The day after we had lot's of wind and they ended up leaning over and this caused a few plastic pieces to become deformed and a couple of metal pieces to crack at the ends. Hopefully once I replace these I 'll be able to get more use out of them. All considered, I'm giving them an excellent rating because they are excellent value for the money. The'ye already paid for themselves twice over when compared to the cost of renting commercial tents locally. I used the included rope/string and anchors but next time will likely use sandbags or heavier duty stakes. In summary they are easy to set up and look great! They are not heavy duty commercial tents but for the price, you get a lot more value than you'd expect. Excellent deal and well put together product. ... show more

This tent is perfect to cover from the sun! One side of the tent was zip tide to cement pillars and the other side where there was only grass, it was anchored to cinder blocks. Also cut slits into the windows so the wind could go through it. This thing lasted through rain and 10 mph wind! It’s been up for 5 days and it’s still standing. ... show more

I planned an 18th birthday party for my daughter, and when it came time to research tent rentals, I was blown away with the price! I searched for two days on Amazon contemplating purchasing a tent rather than wasting the money on renting. I was also very pressured because I waited until just a few days before the party. I ended up purchasing two of these tents (because it was STILL a fraction of the cost versus renting) and we assembled them length wise butted up to each other for a super dramatic effect! The assembly was a little confusing at first, however, with 3 people we had BOTH tents assembled in two hour! We were actually surprised at how easy they went up once we figured it out. We did not utilize any of the side walls for this event, it ended up being a sunny day with no breeze. Also, we carefully broke it down after the party and carefully packaged it back up with no damage, and now they are safely stored to reuse in the future! For us this was a HUGE bargain, because we love to entertain outside, and these tents will definitely come in handy, not to mention that they make your venue look so much better with a bright white tent. We used this for an outdoor baby shower. It was pretty easy to assemble, as far as big tents go. Every pole has a number, the connectors are different depending on angle. The fabric of the tent is thin crinkly tarp like fabric, but it shakes off easily and folds up smaller than if it were heavier.
