We ordered 2 of these chairs, they would get 5 stars but we had issues with the assembly that almost caused us to return them immediately. The instructions were clear and putting the chairs together was easy, however upon completion we couldn't raise or lower the backs properly. They would recline slightly and then stop, or would go down and couldn't be raised, etc. The problem is that the hydraulic mechanism which controls this function wasn't calibrated correctly when it was shipped. That piece comes pre-assembled in the box, but we had to take it apart and adjust the screws on both ends to exactly the correct length to get it to work properly. There are no instructions for this, we happened to have an engineer visiting the house who was able to figure it out. Both of the chairs we ordered had this same issue. ... show more

Nice looking lounge chairs! One of the chairs was initially damaged, but the seller (someone I talked to named Yolanda) was SUPER helpful and immediately sent us a replacement and even offered some credit back for the trouble. My wife and I would definitely buy from them again. :)

We bought four and had some issues with 2 of them being damaged. The seller however in a good manner did give me satisfaction and it was resolved without me returning them. So far they are looking great and we’re enjoying. The cushions are very comfortable.
