We ordered two sets to fill our patio. We only received half of the second set. I reached out to the seller through a message and the other set arrived within a few days. It was disappointing that I didn't receive a message back regarding our issue, but I forgot about that when the shipping info followed within a few hours of messaging them. The fact is, we absolutely love the look! We purchased them in October, so winter rolled in before we could get a lot of use out of it, but we were able to have a few little get-togethers around the fire pit. First thing is first. Assembly took around 3 hours per set. The ratchets provided are actually top-notch accessories. Be careful if you're using a drill. You can easily damage the piece and overtightening can crack the framework. We stuck to the tools provided. Lay your pieces out in groups so that you can easily find what you need for each piece. When assembling, put the bolts in far enough to grab, plus a few turns. You want to be able to move the panels. Once you get all of the bolts started in a panel tighen one or two to make it sturdy, but don't tighten anything all the way until your seat has 4 sides. Things go together much better when you leave things loose until you have all of the panels in place in a seat before tightening. You'll figure out what works for you quickly. Packaging has no wasted space. pillows and pads are conveniently nested inside of the panels. One set arrives in 4 boxes numbered 14, 24,34 & 44. Unfortunately, the parts are scattered, so If you are short a box, don't bother assembling. The pillows and pads are of heavy fabric and seem sturdy. I will be attaching velcro to them to keep them in place in the wind. I also purchased scotchguard. I will be treating them prior to deployment for the summer. The furniture is actually quite comfortable. The pads are thick, and everything sits at a nice height. It even looks good with a fire pit in the center. We brought the pads and pillows inside to store and nested the sets together and covered them with the recommended tarp purchased from Amazon. Two sets are under this. It's nice and compact. The pillows are difficult to store. There are so many! But, that's a good problem to have. I'd definitely recommend this set. It's affordable and comfortable, but keep in mind that the description clearly states that the pillows are not water resistant and will fade in the sun. Please protect your purchase with a scotchguard type product.

I was nervous about ordering a large outdoor sofa on Amazon because I have heard nightmares about assembly and things arriving damaged. However, everything arrived in wonderful condition, on time and the seller even reached out beforehand to let me know that I should reach out if I have any questions regarding delivery. The couch was delivered in 4 boxes. The tools provided for assembly made a tedious process much less of a headache. I was able to assemble everything all on my own and the instructions were very easy to comprehend. The cushions were way more comfortable than I thought they would be. Some reviews complain about the cushions sliding around. I found some extra material that is used to line kitchen cabinets and cut some strips to place under the cushions and have zero issues with the cushions sliding around on me. This is a great couch!

UPDATE: Be sure to check the contents of the pieces. I received two right end pieces without a standalone chair and left end piece / corner piece. I have contacted the seller in hopes they will rectify it. The product is nice for the amount paid. I think it’s very comparable to the more expensive sets. The size of the inserts of the back cushions seems random as some were bigger than others. The seat cushions are a bit thinner than I would have liked but it is advertised as you get. There are areas where you can see the less expensive materials used such as the feet but overall I’m happy with it. Good value.

The couch itself is very comfortable, and the assembly was not very difficult at all. Instructions were very clear. I experienced an issue with UPS delivering one of the packages to an incorrect address. The company reacted quickly and efficiently and sent a replacement box the same day. I had quick responses through email, through amazon messages, and through texting. The company has great customer service. I have already highly recommended this couch to many other people. Great product and the price makes it all the better!
