Ordered this partio set for our back patio and we love it. Beautiful colors, quality materials, and is comfortable to sit in. Fairly priced, I ordered it when I noticed the price dropped. However I did have to pay $40 shipping and I think that's a bit much and defeats the point of the price drop. I pay for Prime to get free shipping on stuff like this. Even though I think the shipping was a bit much, I'm satisfied with the product. It arrived timely and as described by seller. Overall, a good investment on my porch makeover.

I am very happy with this purchase. They were much better than I expected given the low price and they look great on my balcony. The chairs are very sturdy and they look very nice. The blue cushion is also bright and contrasts nicely with the chair. It's not the thickest seat cushion but the chairs are generally comfortable already so don't think you need too much padding. Cushions also have a zipper so you can wash them. In terms of building, it was not hard but it did take a little longer than the description suggests. The reason is that it comes in many separate pieces and you cant tighten them all the way at once. I did three rounds, slowly tightening the screws more each time and they came out perfect.

One chair went together exactly as the directions indicated, as did the little table. But when I was putting the second chair together, one of the screw fittings just didn't want to work. I could barely get the screw in because the fitting wasn't aligned properly and there was no way to move the fitting. As a result, one of the chairs doesn't sit right because all four feet don't touch the ground. The directions say to loosen the screws on the chair if this happens but there was no way to loosen that one screw having finally gotten it in in the first place. So, one chair is fine and one chair needs a shim under one of the feet. UPDATE! - I don't know what the experience of other reviewers has been, but the seller must read at least some of these reviews. Just days after I posted my original review, the seller contacted me to let me know they wanted to make it right and to ask if I wanted them to send me another chair to replace the one that was so very lopsided. I agreed and they sent me a new chair complete with screws and washers. The problem this time was that they sent me two left arms. I made them aware of this and they promptly sent a single right arm. This time everything went together just as it should and the chair is level, no shim required! So, now I have three chairs, two that are just fine and comfortable enough, and one very lopsided one. I've already decided that, out of whatever group of visitors is over, I'll offer the lopsided one to that person in the group that I like the least...lol. Now my only complaint is, like some other reviewers, I wish the backs of the chairs were a little bit higher. Add two or three inches to the back and they'd get a five star rating. Other than that, I do appreciate the seller reading the reviews and working to making things right.

I hate furniture I have to assemble myself, but I loved the black wicker look. The price was right, so I took the plunge. I pulled everything out of the box and realized none of the parts were labeled. Not good! However, it was fairly easy to figure out by comparing the pieces to the picture in the listing. The tiny Allen wrench they include seemed to be a joke, but as I didn't have any power tools charged and handy, I decided to see how far I could get with it. Surprisingly, I was able to complete the assembly using that tiny wrench. It wasn't pleasant, and a power tool would have made it much easier, but it worked. Two tips: 1. Do NOT tighten any of the bolts until everything is put together loosely. 2. If the chairs are wobbly, loosen the bolts a bit, hold the chair upright about a foot off the floor, and let it drop. This will adjust the legs evenly and then you can retighten the bolts with no more wobble. The cushions aren't the thickest, but for the price point, I wouldn't expect them to be. Overall, I am very pleased with this set.

First the good things. The chairs are very sturdy once assembled and so is the table. They are perfect for the small space we have in the corner of our garden - a lovely spot for enjoying a pleasant evening with something to drink. The chairs are also surprisingly comfortable. Another reviewer noted that they are a little low and they are, but they are still very comfortable and easy to get up from for those of us with bad knees. The cushions are nicely cushy too. Now for the bad. The first set we got was obviously previously opened. All the bolts and washers were loose in the box and the bottoms of the chair legs showed signs of use. We sent it back. A replacement set came quickly and also showed some signs that it had been opened previously. It was missing some of the washers, but we decided not to return this set as it was heavy and difficult to repack and carry to UPS. Instead we bought some more washers at the local hardware store. Assembly was mostly easy except the chairs each had one bolt that was extremely difficult to get screwed in despite following the advice other reviewers posted about not tightening any of the bolts until all the bolts were in place and partly screwed in, then work around tightening them all a little at a time. If we had gotten a truly new set, if we hadn't had to buy washers at our local hardware store, if two of the bolts had not been so hard to screw in, I would have give them set 5 stars as an excellent quality product for the price. I took off 2 stars for all the problems, but am otherwise very pleased and satisfied with this set.
