My husband and I are both planning to order the Oura Ring 5, so this sizing kit ended up being much more useful than I expected. I originally thought I’d be able to order based on my regular ring size, but I’m really glad I didn’t. For reference, my engagement ring is a size 6.5 and my wedding band is a 7, but after wearing the sizing rings for a while, I actually decided an 8 was the best fit for my Oura Ring. One thing I really liked is that the kit encourages you to wear the sample rings for a full day and overnight instead of just trying them on for a few minutes. I noticed my fingers changed size throughout the day depending on the temperature and activity level, so testing them over a longer period gave me a lot more confidence in my choice. My husband also ended up choosing a different size than he originally expected, so it was helpful for both of us. Another bonus is that the cost of the sizing kit includes a $10 credit toward the purchase of the actual Oura Ring, which makes it an easy decision. Considering the price of the ring itself, I’d much rather spend a little time making sure I get the correct size than deal with exchanging it later. This worked great I picked the size I thought felt the best wear it for a couple of days to see if my finger would swell or the fit would feel different. Then ordered my ring. Fits great and got my money back on the discount when ordering the ring. Only had the ring one night so to soon to tell.

Nice to know what size you are before you spend a huge amount of money on something that might not fit. Worked perfectly. I didnt even wear it for a few days like was recommended. I found the right size. Wore it a couple hours then ordered the real one. Pros and cons. I love my Oura 5 ring; however, I wore the size 8 sizing ring on my index finger for three days. Had no problems. I ordered my ring and it’s too snug for my index finger. I little disappointed after spending a lot of money for a ring.
