Size is accurate per description but they are very weak on fluff. I followed directions for fluffing but there is really no fluff/firmness in end product. I had the add additional filling to make them work as sofa throw pillows.

These 12x20 inch inserts are the perfect fit for some lumbar pillows that measured a tiny bit smaller (11 1/2 x 19). I am thrilled with the sizing and the filling which is soft but also firm. The only difficulty I had was getting the inserts out of their shrink wrap packaging; it was extremely tight and once I discovered the clear tape and pulled it off, I had to use scissors to cut the plastic bag open. Instructions were to fluff the inserts by shaking them for 5 minutes or putting them in a dryer. It only took about 2-3 minutes of shaking and they were perfect! Ordered these on Wednesday and they were delivered the next day! My pillows look gorgeous and ready for the fall season decor! Thanks to the seller and Amazon! ... show more
