For years I’ve been using the pillows that came with my couch and just changing the covers as needed. Those pillows were stiff and overly stuffed. I decided to change them out with this pack, and holy cow I should have done it years ago! These came packaged incredibly well. Two VERY vacuum sealed bags contained two pillows each. Once I opened them up, they were easily fluffed. No weird smells!! Yay!! They are definitely fluffy, but not overly stuffed and stiff! They shape perfectly and hold the “chop” mark. These pillow inserts are amazingly soft but provide the perfect firmness for comfortable napping. Be warned that they are shipped under severe compression so they are quite wrinkled. I tried many methods to remove wrinkles and found that a hand steamer was the best option (be careful). I wanted to be sure I didn’t feel lumps and wrinkles once insert was in pillow case. Fantastic! I was really surprised by the quality of these!! I recently bought pillow cases without realizing they were only the cases, so I bought these as more of a quick fix until I got something nicer. But they’re so fluffy and comfortable, particularly so for a throw pillow! They’re also plump and firm, so they hold a great shape.
