My only issue is that the packaging was severely damaged when it arrived. Ripped, crushed, literally taped together from top to bottom in packaging that clearly indicated what was inside. This is the third Ott Light I have purchased over the years. It's a great asset for reading, projects or just basking in some closest-thing-to-sunlight when you're forced to spend too much time indoors. I bought this to replace an earlier version of the same model when the plastic cracked where the neck flexes. That lamp no longer worked. The replacement lamp came with a bolt and a single washer for attaching the base. I could not get it to tighten enough not to wobble. I took the base off the older lamp, and used the flat washer plus locking washer that had come with that one, and "voila" the stand attached tightly. These Ott lights are great for fine crafting. Light position is extremely adjustable. This model has the power toggle switch on one side of the lamp head, while on other models the power toggle is mounted dead center. As a lefty, this means twisting my wrist weirdly to flip the power switch.
