I wish I would have seen this type box a long time ago as for the ones without the mounts, I have to drill holes thru them and screw these to my wood panels to hold light switches and connectors. I dont need the large ugly boxes for inside walls as these are for my work tables and desk. Love the design (I used to be an engineer) as it is so useful for my projects.

took quite a bit more time to get the silicon string installed in the recess around the lid's edge as thought it would. to get it in the narrow channel, I had to pull it pretty tight, leaving me with quite a bit of excess, causing me concern over the waterproofing since there's less material to make the seal. other than that, pretty great box. only additional complaint directed solely at myself for guessing at the actual size of my power supply, and not actually measuring it to ensure I had enough headroom in side the box. 🤦

I actually used this on my ebike as a junction box. I ran the power leads from my battery to this box to tie in my 48 volt blinker set. This mounted great and the connectors with the box fit my wires.

These were used to add an additional layer of protection from the elements on outdoor lighting power supplies. They are made of thick material and pretty durable. The lid seal was easy to install and no issues getting the screws in. I did not use any of the fittings that came with the boxes so I cannot attest to the quality of those.

The media could not be loaded. I like these blank boxes, you can drill cable entry holes just about any where on it. It is primarily used for small electrical junction boxes. However, it can be modified by cutting out an unused area such as the cover, to put a switch, indicator light or small LCD display. In the example I used a Dremel tool and hand files to notch out the areas I needed to allow for the USB component to fit inside. Now I can mount it where I need it with provided mounting tabs. The box comes with a string type gasket that is pressed into the cover. Stainless steel screws hold the cover in place.
