Someone did some renovations before we bought the house. Adding new sheetrock over old, without moving the electrical boxes out left most of them too deep to use. These little additions allowed the plugs to be moved securely out some and now everything looks like it is supposed to and it works as it should. Highly recommend these to anyone needing to bring the electric plugs out from being too deep in the wall. ... show more

The BE1-1 shown is UL Listed. the ones I received are not UL Listed. If you install these and your electrical system needs to be inspected, it will fail the inspection. Perfect example of false advertising. I saw another post that said they were not UL Listed. When I examined the picture, I saw the UL seal so I thought they may have corrected the product - WRONG. Any electrical product sold in the US must have some sort of seal of approval from an outside testing agency. ... show more

These are great if you have electricians that love to leave wonky outlets and switches. Leaving us to deal with their lack of leveling or care. It is difficult to get the outlets through these but can be done or just remove and reinstall. We have an install video North To Dixie in YT
