I really like it and it's great support but the bands that wrap around and close (with velcro) get stuck to each other and are WICKED HARD to separate. i rhink it's a structural fault and don't know the solution. BUT the support belt itself is terrific and i use it almost every day.

I found this to be a great alternative to more expensive and uncomfortable supports. It stretches across a wide area to cover many problems and prevent a lot of slippage. The metal struts in the back give great support, but can be removed when less support is needed. I am happy with this product.
