Blends Well, but not for the Easily Frustrated
Color: Gray Size: 6 cups
This blender has a smoothie function that makes excellent smoothies. It also does a good job at crushing ice. There are two things about this blender that could be better. The first is how to turn on the blender and select a function or speed. There are no actual buttons, only icons on a touchscreen. After many tries, I discovered that you have to place your full finger pad on the icon to select it. Using only your fingertip will not work. Also, you need to press the icon briefly. The blender will not work if you keep your finger on the icon. To make it more confusing, you need to first select the power icon to put it into standby mode and then select a function. If you do not select a function in a certain amount of time, the blender times out of standby mode and you need to press the power button again. The second thing that could be better is the assembly and disassembly of the bottom section of the blender where the blade is. You need to use your finger to place and remove the gasket at the bottom of the blade while the back of your finger is very close to the sharp blades. ... show more

Misleading Information and Poor Quality – Do Not Buy!
Color: Gray Size: 6 cups
I purchased this blender based on the advertised touchscreen feature, but to my disappointment, it's not touchscreen at all. It uses an analog interface, which is why many other reviewers have mentioned that the buttons don’t respond well to taps. You have to press down hard to get it to work, which is not what I expected from a supposed "touchscreen" blender. Additionally, like many others have noted, my blender started to smoke during use. I should have heeded the warnings in other reviews. This is the first time I’ve ever had to return a product, and it’s clear that the seller is providing false information about the blender's features and quality. For the price, you’re better off going with a more reputable brand. Please, don’t make the same mistake I did. Trust the reviews and save yourself the hassle and disappointment. ... show more

Buttons difficult to use
Color: Gray Size: 6 cups
I am pretty mechanical. But, as other reviewers have noted, the buttons are difficult to use. I found it takes 2-3 tries for each button, each time, to get them to work. Practice did not seem to help. Also, the motor had an electrical smell. On the positive side, when I did get it going, it seemed to blend drinks well. After a couple of tries, though, I concluded that “the juice was not worth the squeeze.” We returned it. ... show more
