This took hours to assemble and lasted only a few weeks. The battery would not hold charge. They refused to replace the battery and told me i had to by 3 separate batteries on my own. I ordered on amazon and they took 3 weeks to arrive. The company, after 8 or 9 emails sent me an instructional video on how to do the repair myself - except the video is in Chinese. No customer service number only email. I know have a $500 paperweight and a disappointed child.

I got this for my 10 year old son for Christmas. He had found it and had it on his list, I was not expecting it to be as awesome as it is! He loves it, but I’m 120 5 foot and I love it too!!! My husband’s 200 pounds and even he takes it on spins to the park. It’s built great and goes fast even on the lower level. If you have a teen or older child looking for something quicker than a power wheels this is definitely for you!!

I bought this for my son because his dad and I also have E-bikes. His father and I prefer rising his bike even though it is a little bit slower than when our 8-year-old rides it. This thing is cute and holds a batter for a long time. Highly suggest buying this E-bike!

I gave this to my son as a Christmas present. He has been on it about 10 times and it's never been off road. While riding it today the sprocket that holds the chain broke. My son is very light and it broke after barely being used. I cannot find any kind of contact number for the company either. I had to send an email and hope that they call me.
